  Scheduled an appointment for 2pm on 8/9/26 to have tires rotated. Told the customer representative over the phone on 8/8/26 that I had a 2015 f-250 super duty. I arrived to my scheduled appointment early and all the bay doors were closed and inside was barely light up. I initially thought they were closed. Once inside I spoke with the employee regarding my appointment. He looked at the glass front from the register and stated that he thought my truck was too long for his lift. I don’t know how he made that assessment from his location since I was backed in next to the shrubs. I appeared that they had no interest whatsoever in trying to perform this or any work. Had he actually at least walked outside to view my vehicle, I might have said ok. Very unprofessional way to handle a customer and represent a place of business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION.

  Terrible customer service and I should have known when they did the hard sell to replace all the rotors. I got car back and immediately complained about squishiness in brakes and sound. They advised it’s normal for new brakes. So I drove and sound does go away but brakes still squishy, and seems like there is likely air in system. Call and told what issue was, sure come in and we will be glad to fix it. Show up and the mechanic had to leave, so come back tomorrow. I come back next day and am told they will have to charge me because they don’t know if they bled brakes or not, so they have to flush and charge me. Obviously they didn’t bleed the brakes out enough when they did brakes or failed to do so which is supposed to be done. My wife needs new brakes and will not be coming here. Beware they don’t do a good job and just look for ways to charge you more.
