    Horrendous experience! Had appointment- waited 3 hours to start. Wanted oil change and tire rotation. They refused to rotate tires even though it was included in price!!!! Said they checked battery- never opened trunk where battery is located. Gave bogus info on brakes! Called your 800 number. Second in que- waited one hour and ten minutes- could the person in the queue really take 70 minutes. I am leaving on a 1750 mile trip and am scared to death!! Want my money BACK!!!!!!!!

    This is my third time using Tire Choice. Eeach time, I ordered my tires online and scheduled my appointment. Each time, they conveniently did not have the tire I ordered and that was advertised online. Instead my cost more than doubled each time! I will no longer use Tire Choice after this and I reccomend anyone who wants to, to try everywhere and anywhere first. 3 times, and not 1 good experience using Tire Choice!
