  Arrived with a slowly leaking tire first thing Sunday. After taking my SUV back, he told me I needed 4 new tires because they were "cracked" and "worn" per the tech. I explained to them I had just bought new tires from them 2 years ago and was told they last 100K miles (I had only put on maybe 15K). No explanation was given, told me "it's what the tech says." I said, "Nope." Then they proceeded to patch the flat from the nail in my tire and of course didn't charge me the $40 they initially told me it would cost, since I had also purchased a road hazard warranty... Maybe they should be smarter and look at your account first before they try to lie to you.

  Stay away from this place or you will get scammed. It explains why this place is always empty. I went this morning and tried to get a tire patched. They had a nail in it. I was told that the nail was in a spot that could not be repaired and also it looks like I drove on the flat tire which damage the tire it had rings in it, which was not true. The tire got flat as the car was parked so he said well I could sell you a tire, but your tires are gonna be expensive. He came back out with a piece of paper and told me a new tire would be $487. I said no thanks I went across town to another shop. I spent $40 to get the tire patched put back on and all the tires got air in them and they also said when the time came and I wanted new tires, they would sell me missioning tires for $250 so it all boils down to the tire was pretty new not damaged at all and it was repaired for $40. These people are scammers. They just want to sell you expensive new tires. They’re not tire shop that’s out to help you stay away.

  They repaired my tire with very little wait. The staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. The store was clean and orderly. It was a little confusing finding the entrance.
