I've had other issues here that I'm not going to get into now, but my most recent one was today. I love to buy the whole pizzas here and use my phone number to get a decent discount. I buy multiple pizzas for my family some nights. We're on a fixed income so when we can save here and there it really helps The cashier rang up my pizzas and immediately skip to the pay option before I was able to enter my phone number and get my discount per Pizza which is a good amount. I asked her if she could make it to where I could enter my phone number so I can get the discount and she said she was already past that. I asked her if she could go back or fix it for me and she said she would have to cancel the whole order. I then politely said okay well what's wrong with that I wouldn't mind if it took a little bit of time. She then said she wasn't going to do that. Even though I was frustrated at the time because I was looking forward to getting a good deal on a few pizzas for the kids and the family I said okay and then purchased my food. I couldn't imagine it being too hard to cancel out an order and re-ring it up. I definitely know it's possible because I've seen it happened before. Honestly it just wasn't very nice of her to be like that. I even took the time to explain to her that I'm on a fixed income and every little thing I can do to save helps out my family. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I am still grateful God bless.

For a new location I was extremely disappointed 😞 I went there specifically for pizza slices. When I arrived there was no one making pizzas and no pizza in their oven? I looked. There were only a few slices of older pizza available. No pepperoni pizza. Seems like there's a management issues already at a newly opened Race Track. Maybe its the local labor pool? It looked pretty grim if you ask me. Not sure if I will be coming back anytime soon. I would have rated it lower but being a newer location its hard to fault that. Its definitely a management and staffing issue. Hopefully it does get corrected soon as I frequently pass by there twice every 2 weeks.
