  I made a reservation online for a 16-foot truck and received a confirmation. However, upon arrival to pick it up, I was informed that they didn’t have one available for me. Shockingly, no one had called me beforehand to let me know this. To add insult to injury, I woke up to two charges from Penske, even though I was in the office and couldn’t find a truck. I assumed they had canceled my reservation since they couldn’t provide me with a vehicle to rent. It’s blatantly obvious that this company is attempting to steal from unsuspecting customers or potential customers who don’t regularly check their bank statements. This company is a complete rip-off and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

  This is the place you want to rent a truck! The owner, Katie, knows more about what you will need then you know yourself. She is an expert in cross country moving. She provided excellent advice and a fair deal compared to the competitors at U-Haul. Bottom line, if you need to rent a truck or a truck with a car carrier you need to talk to Katie.
