Went with my husband, Ariel helped us throughout the process he was very informative, straightforward and honest. He didn’t waste our time nor his. With purchase we got a detail, full tank of gas and finance department was easy to work with. When he talked he talked to both of us not just my husband, overall it was a good buying experience I would recommend Ariel and Soriano!

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. ARIEL CRUZ -he helped me so much. His name will always be on my lips when I need to purchase a car. He helped me from out of town to see the car from all angles by FaceTime, also made me a separate video. He picked us up from the airport and had us cold waters. He truly treated us with hospitality and grace. He is so easy to relate to-I came away from there with such gratitude. He was ANYTHING BUT ‘a typical used car salesman’. He helped us every step of the way… even helped me connect my phone. Heck, I almost just love him like a son. I will look him up when I need to buy again. If you need a car, he’s your man ♥️
My cell of my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 392 was a good experience. If I had to say one negative thing it would be that my salesman doesn’t always follow up when we ask questions and have some concerns. I think overall experience with management went very well. Help me in every way they can and I enjoy working with the dealership like I said the salesman was new, but after the sale the service side of it, the customer service I think he needs some help with that following up with the client. Thank you.

I brought my Jeep to service due to a light being on after having it a few months. They told me my batteries needed to be changed out. They also did tell me they did full inspection of the vehicle to check everything over. During that period of time, no one told me that my fluids were low and at the minimum level. Including my steering and my coolant. When I went and got my battery changed out at the dealership I purchased the car from, they had told me that my fluids were very low. I had told them that was strange considering I just had Jeep of Naples.Check them and no one had said anything to me. I then called and spoke to the manager, and they said that was not their policy??? What was the point of the check? And how is that not your policy? When someone's fluids are low, to not check them and notify them? So that you can have an excuse to fix it if something happens from the fluids being low? Absolutely Unacceptable is what I told the manager, and he said nothing back. I composed two emails as well to their company and I've heard nothing back. My vehicles will never go back to that dealership/service department.
