We were in the area for a sporting event for my kids and for a vacation too, way far from home. We are from Indiana and was driving down 75, when the dash on my vehicle lit up like a Christmas tree. I called Naples Chrysler and talked with Danielle. She was able to get us in in less than 24 hours and their tech had the issue identified quickly. Pricing was not outrageous like at other dealers I've seen. Thank you for the quick and honest repair work, things could have been a lot worse if it wasn't for Danielle and the other team members.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I definitely will never recommend anyone to come to this dealership for any type of repairs . Adam hoot the manager was rude , disrespectful and dismissive . I feel I have been discriminated against and he was prejudice towards me. When I dropped off my vehicle, the dealership inspected it and documented that the air conditioning system was operating properly. After the recall repairs were completed, I picked up my vehicle and immediately discovered that the air conditioning no longer worked. The A/C failed before I even left the dealership. The catalytic converter repair required technicians to work in the same area where the A/C hoses and components are located. Because my A/C was functioning when I delivered the vehicle and failed immediately after the recall repair, I believe the damage occurred while the vehicle was in the dealership’s care. I brought this issue to the attention of the dealership. Rather than investigating or offering a reasonable solution, the fixed operations manager Adam Hoot dismissed my concerns, was disrespectful, rude dismissive and unprofessional, I felt Discriminated against and felt he was being prejudiced towards me and ultimately told me to leave the dealership. I was left with a vehicle that had a new problem that did not exist before the recall repair. I am requesting that Jeep conduct a good-faith review of this matter, including the repair records and the dealership’s inspection documentation confirming that the A/C was working upon arrival by three team members at the dealership . I also request that Jeep authorize the dealership to repair the damage or reimburse me for the necessary repairs if the damage resulted from the recall work.
I have always expected authorized Jeep dealerships to stand behind the quality of their work and to treat customers with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in this situation.
Please assign this matter to a case manager and advise me of the next steps. I appreciate your prompt attention and look forward to resolving this matter fairly.

Not a dealership to visit if you want any kind of customer assistance or care after the sale! We purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 crew cab from this dealership on 4/6/2026 for $44.563. Two month later after driving less than 6 to 7,000 miles the engine light comes on. We take it in to have it looked at and the DPF filter, gaskets and mass air flow needed to be changed. Since the DPF was not covered under our $4,284 gold standard warranty we purchased didn’t cover it, we were charged $2,800 to fix it. I called wanting some help paying the cost since the vehicle was such a new purchase. Sales Manager wouldn’t even call me back! When we checked the oil change record it showed the oil hadn’t been changed since Feb of 2026. As such we had the oil changed costing us another $300. When I brought this up to them I was told that someone had just forgot to change the sticker. How was I to know that? The warranty we purchased was suppose to cover a new fob, tires, everything except your normal wear and tear. I have a hard time believing a $2,800 repair is normal wear and tear! By the way, it didn’t cover the fob and I can only assume since the vehicle came with after market tires and tail lights, it wouldn’t cover these either. To make all this even worse, 120 miles after we paid to have the truck supposedly fixed, the engine light is on again! We tried to trade the vehicle off since it isn’t trustworthy but could only get a $30,000 trade offer. We have basically lost $20,000 in two months between buying the truck, buying the warranty and paying for repairs! I understand the idea of making a business deal but in a good business deal both parties enter in it fairly and trustworthy. I guess it’s a case of buyer beware!

I had an outstanding experience buying my new car! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. My salesperson Anthony was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured.
Excellent customer service and honesty throughout the entire process not only came with him but with Michael Lawson in Finance as well. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend working with them. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience. Thank you again guys!

From the moment I spoke to Andrew D. regarding an issue with our vehicle, I knew I would be given correct information as well as the best service. The initial phone call was answered by AI, but once I got past speaking with “Sophia”, everything went smoothly. Andrew was able to get the vehicle looked at right away instead of days later, as reported by AI. I was kept in the loop of when it was being looked at and the issues found. Eugene H. fixed the issues in record time and the vehicle was finished the same day it was towed to Cape Coral Jeep. He even sent a video of the car and what was found to be the issue. Usually, things don’t go as planned and issues arise, but Andrew and Eugene made the process run smoothly. Highly recommend this dynamic duo.
