  After realizing that I had accidentally left my credit card at the dealership, I was extremely stressed. Brendan from Enterprise was kind enough to take the time to drive me back so I could pick it up. What could have been a very stressful situation quickly became much easier because of their kindness and willingness to help. He was friendly, personable, and made me feel completely at ease. It was such a simple act of kindness, but it really made a difference in my day. I wanted to extend my thanks and appreciation for excellent customer service to Brendan from Enterprise for going above and beyond to help me. Thank you Brendan!

  When you didn’t have a truck a was a little upset. The employee was excellent he showed me a minivan, stowed all the seats and it was better than a pickup. Thanks to him the trip was a complete success.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Brooks and Bobby at Enterprise. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and always kept me updated, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I was dealing with an extended warranty claim and was without my vehicle for an extended period of time, but they went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible for me. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I highly recommend working with Brooks and Bobby!

  My experience with enterprise rental was a nightmare. We drove from Naples had a blowout 200 miles out from Pensacola. The roadside assistance kept hanging up on us because they could not track our location. We were in the middle of the highway thank God for a patrol Ranger that pulled over to help us. We were told to drive to Alabama, which was the closest airport to us to swap out the car when we got there, they had no cars! they didn’t even know We were coming!! We once again reached out to roadside assistance and once again got hung up on so we drove back from Alabama back to 10 West took us 2 1/2 hours now. Remind you we’re riding on a doughnut. I could go on and on just to let you know We riding on a doughnut and not once were we able to get a hold of someone that actually care to help or resolving our issue they kept hanging up on us. The only person that actually listened to us was the assistant manager at the branch when we arrived in Houston He was very helpful. He was an angel. He actually listened to us And all of our concerns, thank you to Amor Lara for taking the time to listen being compassionate and help from Houston!!! Everyone one else at Enterprise customer service and their roadside assistance customer service needs to either get retrained again to have compassionate for emergencies or they all need to get fired once again. This was a nightmare.
