- FTFilip TrpkovskiJun 27, 20261.0Please READ ALL OTHER one ster reviews-before you decide to book, since they are all the same/symptomatic in nature: Booked a reservation in advance, received multiple text/email check in instructions, Checked-in (also in advance), showing up to pick up the vehicle and they don't have that car. They can't even find similar vehicles nearby; they did offer another car with an upgrage in Price, which I politely declined. At least they could offer price match.They claim that they tried calling but didn't leave a message, so long story short extremely disappointed, poor customer service, and would not recommend Enterprise on Golden Gate for business.

I tried to reply to your response, but like your service, the app didn't respond. I have a reservation with you and you called my cell phone on Friday and I contacted customer service about you twice yesterday. If you are really interested in helping me instead of showing up on googke reviews, you can find my info.

In the almost 20 years that I have been a loyal enterprise customer, I’ve never had experienced so awful where it warranted an email complaint. Not only they didn’t have any cars at the time of my reservation, the branch manager “Johnny” is very unprofessional and seemingly lack proper training. I went against my better judgement and booked even with their low google reviews rating, only to find out why it’s so low. I’m surprised a company that values customer service will allow this branch to be in this condition
