They refused to find me anything else . I was open for anything. They still wouldn’t find me something. The lot was full with options.

When I arrived at the Enterprise location on Golden Gate Parkway, I was told there were no vehicles available. What was most disappointing wasn't the lack of availability—it was the lack of effort to help. I was simply told everything was booked and that they weren't even going to look for another option or contact a different location. After leaving, I searched for another rental company on my own and decided to call the Enterprise location on Airport Road in Naples. Their team, especially Savid A., immediately took the time to help, made calls on my behalf, and found us a rental vehicle. The contrast in customer service was remarkable. While the Airport Road team went above and beyond to help, the Golden Gate Parkway location made no effort to assist despite my confirmed reservation. I hope this location improves its customer service and is more willing to help customers when unexpected situations arise.
