So impressed. I was picked up by a driver from the collision center where I dropped my truck, and I left the rental car in the collision center when I picked up my truck. Outstanding

They went above and beyond by making calls on our behalf to help us find a rental car. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. Unfortunately, our experience at the Enterprise location on Golden Gate Parkway was completely different. I made a reservation for a large SUV the day before, but when I arrived for my reservation, I was told there were no vehicles available. Instead of trying to help or checking other locations, I was told everything was booked and that they weren't even going to look. The difference in customer service was night and day. I highly recommend the Airport Road team—they truly care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile.
