  I’ve been going to Dolphin Express Car Wash for over a year, and after this last experience I canceled my membership. The manager came up to me yelling in front of other customers and accused me of using the same membership sticker on multiple vehicles, basically treating me like I was stealing from the business. I explained that I had sold my previous vehicle and that the sticker they made me put on the windshield was very difficult to remove, looked bad, and I did not want another huge white sticker on my new car. What makes no sense is that they say they have a system to detect if the same membership is being used on multiple vehicles, but then still want to force you to put the sticker on your windshield. As a business owner, if one of my employees treated customers this way, I would be furious. If there is a membership issue, just explain it professionally and cancel the membership if needed. Don’t yell at a customer in front of other customers and treat them like they stole from the business. This car wash is in a very strong position because there are very limited options in this area, so for a lot of local customers it is the main place to go. Because of that, I think the service and quality should match the demand they have. The location is convenient and they have a real opportunity to be the best car wash around, but there is room to improve the consistency, attention to detail, and overall customer experience. When a business has this much of the local market, customers expect a higher standard.

  We were not pleased with the quality of the $15.00 wash. Watermark droplets were visible on the mirrors, front windshield, and side windows. The rear hatch looked as if it had not been washed at all, and the rocker panels were left in the same condition. It’s hard to justify spending more when the basic service already falls short of expectations.

  I went to this car wash for the first time. When I pulled up to go into the wash the men did not explain how things worked. They started brushing my car, the light turned green and I proceeded into the wash. They started screaming at me. I guess I wasn't supposed to go in. I ended up going through the wash but the car was not cleaned. I was too scared to go back around and ask any questions. Terrible experience to go through.
