  Came in after discovering scratches on the vehicle, the staff was very transparent with everything showed me the footage and found out it was on there beforehand they helped in every way they could and even offered a wash glad they were able to help

  Avoid this place. My car was scratched so deep into the paint there are little paint chips all around and some long scratches that are very noticeable. The employees this morning that scrubbed my car with the bug off was the cause of this. They spent about 10 minutes working extremely hard to get the love bugs off so I am not knocking on them for hard work, but need to be properly trained. Now I’m going to be out $1500 for a new paint job. Will not be coming back here again. Disappointing since it is literally across the street from me.

  Went through the car wash today. Guy before the actual wash part asked if we wanted to get the bugs scrubbed off the front of my car. He then proceeded to tell us to throw a few bucks in the tip jar then he will do it. We didn’t have any cash for starters and if we did why would it be extra? Terrible service.
