  Had a great experience, Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable as he helped me find the part I needed and also assisted in replacing my windshield wipers. Amazing customer service!

  Bonnie is the best of the best! If I could give 10 stars I would! So incredibly helpful! I am beyond appreciative for the quick responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism. There are still good people in this world, and people who go above, and beyond. I can not say thank you enough!

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Briana for the exceptional customer service she provided during my visit. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Her knowledge regarding the parts and products was impressive, and she took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and ensure I felt confident in my purchases. What truly stood out to me, however, was her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. While assisting me, she even offered to watch my nephew so I could quickly use the restroom — a gesture that may seem small to some, but spoke volumes about her character and level of care for customers. Employees like Briana are rare and deserve to be recognized. She created such a positive and comfortable experience that I will absolutely return and specifically ask for her again. Thank you, Briana, for your outstanding professionalism, compassion, and dedication to excellent customer service.

  The service was great and everyone was friendly. Briana was very helpful during my visit there and helped with some recommendations. Cesar did a good job with replacing battery and installing wipers and was efficient. Both of them were outstanding.

  Very rude and unprofessional workers! I walked into this location to an employee leaning on the table appearing to be very bored and unenthused while another employee is having an everyday conversation with a customer. No welcome in nor offered help to find what I’m there for. The employee leaning on the table had disappeared to god knows where. I stood in line (only person there) for about 4 minutes in front of the employee having an everyday conversation with another person. While in line, the employee had glanced over at me a few times but continued to ignore me. The employee then walked into an isle with the other person still having a conversation and I decided to leave! Very disappointing as I go to auto parts store frequently and even though this location is extremely convenient, I’ll be crossing this off of my list.
