  The car had broken pieces inside. I asked for a standar SUV (equinox or similar) and they gave me a rancid Hyundai Venue that is smaller than a sedan. The guy tried not to help. July 6th 2026.

  It was an emergency and I needed to rent a car, and it was very easy, fast, and inexpensive. The manager was very friendly. 10/10

  Do not even think about using this location. Feb 2026 rented a car online as normal, get to the location and they havent got any cars available. Had to wait 4 hours for one to be dropped off and turned around for me to have. The guy behind the desk was nice enough but didn't have any get up and go about the situation (didn't really care that much). Just go somewhere else dont bother even if its super cheap.

  I wish I could give zero stars. Booked 3 weeks out - called 2 days early to confirm they will have a mini van - arrived to no mini van. Then told to drive a few miles up the road to Enterprise to get a 7 person SUV. The "kid" on duty at Alamo was playing on his cell phone when I arrived - he could have arranged for the car to be at his location and he did not. Another customer called while I was there confirming a mini van and the kid said yes. He then told me he didn't have one for him either.... Absolutely horrible, lazy customer services.
