  Very disappointing experience. I am 100% sure I left my wallet in the rental car when I returned it. It had my ID, cards, and a few hundred dollars in cash inside. When I contacted the location, I was told that nothing had been found. What made the situation even more concerning was the behavior of the employee working Friday morning (07.28.2026) . The way he responded and acted made me feel extremely suspicious and gave me the impression that he was not being truthful with me. I understand that I cannot prove exactly what happened to my wallet after I returned the car, but I know where I left it. A wallet does not simply disappear from a returned rental vehicle. I expected this company to take the situation seriously, investigate properly, and provide a clear explanation. Based on how this was handled, I would not trust this location with lost belongings and I would not rent from them again.

  The car had broken pieces inside. I asked for a standar SUV (equinox or similar) and they gave me a rancid Hyundai Venue that is smaller than a sedan. The guy tried not to help. July 6th 2026.

  Do not even think about using this location. Feb 2026 rented a car online as normal, get to the location and they havent got any cars available. Had to wait 4 hours for one to be dropped off and turned around for me to have. The guy behind the desk was nice enough but didn't have any get up and go about the situation (didn't really care that much). Just go somewhere else dont bother even if its super cheap.
