  Overall great experience and a breath of fresh air! I called around to multiple shops and decided to use Arctic because I could tell they were better right away. I initially spoke with Kyle on the phone and he gave a good bit of his time in a genuine effort to help me before I made the decision to bring my car in. I feel like it is so rare these days to find businesses that actually care and go out of their way for their customers. I was validated when I was waiting for my car in their lobby, I saw how genuine and well they treated everyone that came in the door.

  Couldn’t be happier, the team down at Artic Auto got the truck looking right with a 2” leveling kit, Alex my service advisor was easy to work with and prompt with getting me in and taken care of, if your looking for great prices and a great team to work with give them a call!

  A/C went out in 2001 Chevy Silverado HD. Assumed it was the compressor and some big bucks. Was a leaking Accumulator. Fixed for $488 to include an oil change. Compared to over $1,500 I was a happy camper. Always do excellent work and right the first time. Very Professional!

  Alex and Kyle were very nice and professional. The car seem to be running better with the vibration problem I had. I will see next week when I get it on the highway.
