  Called to ask a simple question before booking — whether they could even do wheels/alignment on my truck. The rep kept cutting me off and pushing me straight into scheduling an appointment without answering the question. I finally said "go ahead, finish talking so I can ask my question," and she just went silent instead of answering. Why would I set an appointment if I don't even know if they can service my vehicle? Never got a straight answer. Poor phone service, no interest in actually helping the customer.

  I went the other day for an oil change. Everyone was friendly, most importantly, they did a perfect job! Unlike Mavis, where i went last time where they tried to tell me my tires were wearing wrongly, and that i need new ones with the car having only 5k miles on it, they didn't try to bullshit me into spending money i didn't have to. Then there's the Mazda dealership who quoted a significantly lower price over the phone. When I arrived for my appt, the price jumped up about $30! I mentioned the phone call, and he said, "Who did you talk to? " Not the first time this has happened to me. This is the game many play here in Lakeland. Needless to say, i left, cursing their bait and switch tactics. Thanks again guys, for the good work and solid, honest work ethic. really appreciate it, will definitely be back!
