I stopped by Mavis Tire in Mulberry about 30 minutes before closing, and they were still willing to fit me in and take a look. They test drove my car, put it on the lift, and thoroughly checked everything until they found the issue. It turned out to be a loose cover on my exhaust where a bolt had fallen out. They tightened it up, and just like that, no more rattling! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate them taking the time to properly diagnose the issue, especially so close to closing. I highly recommend this specific Mavis location for great customer service and dependable work!
