  Ok guys get a coffee and listen to this. I will yell from the rooftops because if you look at my review history I only post good reviews but it's been a hot minute since I found someone who deserves one. Wayne (the store manager) of this AutoZone came to my rescue and my kids today. We were stranded in the parking lot of Walmart in mulberry and my tire was flat when we got done shopping. I have 3 kids 3 and UNDER and refrigerated groceries.... I have triple A would've been an hour or more before they could get to me and I have family. My husband was at work and my FIL did end up calling me back 30 minutes or so after the fact and then another probably 30 minutes to get to me... I was in Walmarts parking lot. They have a tire center.. I called to ask if I could like limp it back there to get some air and no joke the lady said "Well, we don't take walk-ins... I mean you could come back here and see but it would be a (really long wait)" no time estimate nothing just a really long wait.... I could've tried to go to the gas station on the corner I guess but some gas stations don't have air machines and half of those that do the air machines are broken so I couldn't justify taking the chance. (Like almost sitting on rim here)... I loaded all 3 toddlers back in the cart and went back inside and bought a can of fix a flat ... My last hope. I thought. Got back to the car hooked up and let er rip. Not nearly enough to get the tire up off the ground.. I called AutoZone looking for anything else that could help me. And low and behold Wayne showed up. He put air in my tire and was literally there in less than 10 minutes to help. I will be getting this air compressor and jump box because it is quite the little contraption it works fantastic. Obviously, field tested and approved...but no mechanical device is as valuable as a good human. He wouldn't even let me give him a tip. So I didn't know what else to do but post this for everyone. I hope this review shows up in his corporate office and he gets recognized for the great work he does. Not even just as a person but as a manager because there's a reason I called AutoZone before I called the O'Reilly's next door. 🙆🏻‍♀️

  Henry at AutoZone was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for me. He took the time to help change the battery in my car key and made the whole process quick and easy. He was friendly, professional, and willing to help without hesitation. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Henry, for making something that could have been frustrating so simple! Highly recommend asking for him if you need assistance!
