If you try to tell them they made a mistake and ask for a refund you won't meet the criteria. Also the things that supposed to wash the top and the hood dosent work. Don't waste you time or money. Any other car wash can give you an equal or better experience.

I can’t express enough the appreciation I have for their helpful staff whenever I have a question or issue. One of the members, Steph, spent an hour and a half starting my car when I had a mechanical issue. I thought I would have to have my car towed, but he spent time googling the issue I was having and he resolved it. This is above and beyond what anyone would expect at a car wash facility. Thank you, Steph, for your care and time in going above and beyond. My daughter‘s family, and I love being a member of Sudstop Mount Dora.

I like Sud Stop way better, I like that they have interior spray and glass cleaner by the vacuums and the car wash itself is nice and parking lot is easy to get through. Staff are always friendly also.
