  Last Friday for the second time with the same person at the gate and the same person that didn't give me the 50% off that I was entitled too, caused such a bottleneck at the gate, having as many as 4 cars in a circle past the gate. Management needs to tell him that only one car can go through the car was a a time. It does not help to push so many cars past the gate at once. He doesn't seem to care if your car gets in a accident and your insurance goes up right? Please let your staff know that only (1) car can go through the car wash at a time and it makes know sense to push multiple cars through the gate causing a bottleneck situation...

  Good car wash, but for some reason the employees aren't allowed tips. This young lady was super helpful and I thought she deserved a tip for going above and beyond. I like to pay it forward and couldn't in this case

  Came here after getting the most expensive wash at Mister car wash down the road. Mister car wash did not clean the car well and got water inside my doors on my new jeep gladiator. The attendants were extremely nice here and guaranteed a good wash. This wash was gentle on the car, washed all the bugs and soap off and included free rags, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, vacuums and more. There is no better place to get a wash than Sud Stop Car Wash. Thank you for the great service and I will be back.

  Awesome service every time I visit. Forgot I had a new debit card and didn’t even think to update my membership with it, the 2 girls at the drive up on 4/9 around 9:30 AM assisted me without me even having to ask. Then while I was cleaning the inside of my car, a younger man offered to dry down the outside of my vehicle and even the inside to which I declined but he was very polite and willing to help. Manager came out and instantly was asking if I needed anything, help with anything, etc. Their service is always 10 out of 10 and I recommend them to everyone. The only complaint I have ever had is they are out of cleaning cloths at the stations quite often. I visit randomly once a week and majority of the time, I am unable to have one to wipe down my interior. Easy fix though, I bought a pack and I keep them in my car. Not a make or break!
