  Excellent staff and great service. Came in to get new tires and I thought I had an issue with my AC. Come to find out, it's just hot in Florida and due to my truck sitting in the sun for long periods, it just takes a bit longer for it to cool down. They easily could have taken advantage of the situation but gave me an honest assessment and waived the diagnostics fee too. Will continue to do business with the Mavis at Stoney Brook.

  I had a nail in my tire and this location was able to get my car in and fix in within 15 minutes. I appreciate Garrett for the quick work on my car and the staff for their wonderful expedited service.

  Huge shoutout to Mike H service manager at Mavis Tires for the excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of, explaining everything clearly and ensuring the job was done right. It’s hard to find honest, quality service these days, but Mike H truly cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be back!

  I recently had my brakes replaced here, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Kaleb was excellent throughout the entire process—very attentive, courteous, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all my questions were answered, and kept me informed. The brake service was done professionally, and after the work was completed, he even test-drove my car to make sure everything was working perfectly. That gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. I highly recommend this shop, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Kaleb. Outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship!

  If I was able to give 0 stars I would! I had a poor experience in the past with this store, not the company because everyone locally loves the Mavis on 441. The manager named Mike, not only caused a scene in front of the entire store bringing up my one star review from months ago, he was extremely rude and turned away our business. Discount Tire, just down the street from this store, mentioned to us today a lot of people have been complaining about this location and management since they opened. In addition to, a mechanic at the other Mavis wouldn’t take a position at this location due to this management. If you want a store that offers relative prices & wonderful customer service I highly recommend Mavis on 441 or Discount Tire. Thanks for ruining our experience Mike!
