Warning, warning, warning! The actual car wash is nice. They never have clean towels, but it’s OK. The problem is I canceled my membership over six months ago because I was moving they were able to verify in their computer that I have never used the service since I attempted to cancel, however they are unwilling to give me a refund because it does not qualify??? There’s lots of other options where they have customer service and would honor something that they can prove themselves stay away.

Awesome folks! Young lady told me about the prep station, but asked one of her coworkers to remove the bugs. Free bug riddance and did not take a tip…simply wanted a good review on Google, so here goes! This is only my second visit and if I lived in the area, I would purchase the membership. This is what customer service should look like! Blessings to Sud Stop ☺️

Had a wonderful experience today at Sud Stop, Julian was helpful in explaining everything when I pulled up and helped me to pick out a wash as I had no clue what "Graphene" was. The guy in the tunnel was professional when I pulled in, especially when I asked if he'd spray the bugs on the front of my vehicle a little extra. When I finally left the wash and went into the parking lot, my station had been low on towels but one of the employees quickly made sure I had some available as it appears they were already working to get more out, I believe their name was Sam? The vacuums were quite powerful and I appreciate the towels being free to use unlike a couple other car washes I've been to here and there. Will definitely be back!!

Not satisfied with this place. I got the $20 single car wash that included the tire shine, and my front bumber, sides, and tires were still dirty. My station and the near by stations did not have clean towels! Also one of the vacuums of the station i was parked was not working, as well as some of the other vacuums. This place is a joke. I will not be returning here.
