Customer Service (Tom) was professional and no nonsense. They don't try to upsell everything, they show you why you need certain services. This is my family's new go to shop for our vehicles.

I was 4 hours away from home, showing a property, when I realized I had a flat tire. I needed to get back home that night to catch a flight the very next day. I am blessed to have found them. I really appreciated the way they waited on me to come in after 8pm. This team is very special. They displayed excellent customer service. They went above and beyond in helping me in a time of need. I have found my tire shop for life. I love doing business with great people and I am truly blessed to have found them. Thank you Lisa and team. Words are not enough to express my appreciation for helping us in a time of dire need. Blessings to you and your staff!

However, when I arrived at the shop, I was told that the tire balance was not free and I was charged for it. I showed the cashier my reservation and order details clearly indicating that both services were included at no cost, but this was completely ignored. This feels misleading and unprofessional. If the service is advertised as free on the website, it should be honored in-store. Otherwise, customers are being misled. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

I’ve been getting my tires from them for a couple years now and about 5 o’clock I got home didn’t feel anything pulling in went to go leave and it was on the rim dead flat So I brought it up to Mavis and they were already about closed now they’re taken care of it plugging it. They could of just said come back tomorrow but they didn’t. There patching it up so now I’ll be able to get to work this evening. that’s five stars in my book. They also sold me these tires at about a 20% lower price then all the surrounding shops in the area. For brakes and tires, I highly recommend them
