  Thoroughly great experience! Cannot say enough about how easy this was and how I highly recommend! Even though we know synthetic is expensive... I'll go here every time. Knowledgeable techs, no pushy upsell, recommendations of what to keep your eye on AND have the wacky oil my car requires. They actively looked for discounts for my service, and were delightful to chat with. My service was quick and checked all the major parts you expect - battery, tires, washer fluid, air filter, and ran a diagnostic code check, everything! My air filter is BEHIND my glove box.. Who knew? But they still asked permission to open the passenger door.

  They overfilled my engine had to use a pump to remove the excess. Did not check the air in my tires. It took four people to remove the oil filter. Ryan the manager cared less. He made that very clear.

  Went in for an oil change. Also had them do the front and rear differentials. Day later started having problems with my 2025 Dodge Ram 1500. Not sure if it is coincidence OR, was the wrong weight oil put in the vehicle? Tried calling to discuss if this was the cause and got nowhere.

  Techs are nice, but the manager needs some retraining. When I arrived, nobody greeted me or acknowledged I was there until I got into the bay. Then I had requested that they replace my cabin air filter but not my engine air filter, but nobody checked it. I also informed them to please prime my oil filter before installing because it’s a different engine than what came in the car, completely hand built. I watched the tech just install a dry filter, which is not what I asked, but ultimately fine because I can prime it when I start the car up. Well when we get to the oil pressure test I start the car and go to fully prime the system and the manager was rude and told me INCORRECT information as to why I shouldn’t do that. He also refused to come have any conversation after that or explain why none of the things I had requested got done. Definitely not returning and probably not visiting another location ever again if that’s how stores are run now. Sucks because I use these all over the country for my fleet vehicles and service has always been good, but that’s just not how you talk to people or go about “educating the customer.”
