  Avoid this location at all costs! They didn’t put a gasket back after changing my oil & the next day my car was bone dry, no oil. I had to have the car towed to the nearest car dealership/service center. When Valvoline found out they still refused to pay the $532 it cost to tow my car and get it fixed. They’re lucky my engine wasn’t completely busted, and I am too. Corrective action was slow to occur and the outcome didn’t even come close to getting me my money back. Save yourself and take your business somewhere else!

  The young man who assisted me was very nice. He never pressured me into paying for anything extra but just brought issues to my attention so that I can take care of it on my next visit. It took about 15 minutes. I’m very satisfied with this Valvoline.

  I have to give this place a one star review because every time I go there the guy under who’s servicing my oil tells me crazy things like there’s a transmission leak or there’s a differential leak. These people are not licensed mechanics. They have no business diagnosing what is wrong with your vehicle as they say the lowers. Last time I went there, they said I had a leak in my transmission. I spent over $450 to have it looked at and diagnosed and there was nothing wrong with my transmission. They then told me I had a differential leak which again I did not have a leak. I work in medical and for example, if you’re not a licensed clinician, you have no business given diagnosis. If you’re not a licensed mechanic, you have no right to tell people that their transmission is leaking or differential is leaking because you observe some liquid under from below and document that as a lower

  Always a wonderful pleasure to get my oil change due here look the group of guys PLUS that the lady that works there as well is just as helpful & she actually saved me money one time by honestly letting me know I didn’t have to get a oil change one time because I was still good.

  I’ve went to this shop out of convenience as it’s close by my work, however, I think I’ve paid the price more than once for going to this establishment. The first time in my other vehicle they loosely put together the parts in my car to the point where there is a rattling noise on the way home my dad checked my car and was extremely upset and had to tighten everything that Car ended up dying just a few days later not saying that part is their fault but It’s quite a coincidence. I chopped it off to the car, just being older and then also a bad day for the shop. Maybe They were just rushing. I ended up having to take it there again with a brand new car and yet again they did things incorrectly, and my car was spraying oil, and I had to take it to the dealership. I’ve had oil changes from this establishment before and things had went fine. It seemed but at this point, I don’t Understand the work ethic I shouldn’t be scared to bring my vehicle into a shop because of the risk of damage. They also said that I would need to get my air filters changed and my car tells me what my life on my air filters are and it was at 80% when they told me that so I also felt that this was a very dishonest establishment.
