  Three different auto zone stores checked the battery. Two reported it as low charge and one bad. Originally this store reported low charge, but after charging all night, no change, so indeed the battery was bad, and they had a new one in stock, which was good. What I don't understand is why I was told the battery was good to go when I called to check on it last night. Still a fan of AutoZone, but won't shop at their Apopka store again.

  My check engine light was on and they hooked up the OBD-II reader immediately, when I asked. They then printed out the codes and what they meant for me. I would highly recommend them for this purpose!

  This was a special with the 5 quarts of oil in the oil filter I was questioned. Would you like an air filter for two dollars more. Please don’t try to explain to me that that’s the way it breaks down when it cost $11. This is coming from a sales manager. $52 without the air filter $63 with the air filter. No that’s the way it breaks down? Why tell me two dollars more for the air filter? Being lied to and manipulated by a sales manager makes me a no return.

  James Lee is amazing he replaced my battery shortly before closing and without him I would have been stranded. Amazing service amazing assistance , very knowledgeable individual. Give that man a raise, this is the type of customer service we need in these times, hold on to him.
