- RBRoss BarnettOct 30, 20261.0The guy (in the picture) and girl working here on 10/30 really need an attitude adjustment or a lesson on customer service skills. My sister came here and had a key fob battery replaced. She told me about it when she heard I had a key fob battery needing replaced. I walked in and asked for help with this. The gentleman working rudely told another employee basically that she’s gotta stop what she’s doing to help me. She comes over huffing and puffing, talking about “I never know anymore what I’m doing”. Then this guy comes over and embarrasses her by asking her what she’s doing, and then tells her they don’t offer this service she’s trying to do for me, and that if she breaks it then the company buys it, borderline yelling at her. I was handed my key back and told by the female employee “I don’t even know because I’m told one thing one day and another thing another day”. They just didn’t even apologize or anything and let me walk out. I understand if you don’t offer this service but wow, after all that, you aren’t getting my money. I’ll go to another place. I came for help not the attitude and even if you can’t help me, you could just talk to me like a human being.
