  Cadillac CUE Screen displayed perfectly but touch did not respond. Contacted kraken. Left message. Quick response time and Scheduled for repair the next day. And he’s Mobile!!! He arrived the next day and within 1hr it was fixed! Most change the whole unit. He fixed the digitizer and saved me a ton $$ ! Highly recommended!

  I recently hired Kraken Automotive to do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection on a vehicle I was looking at, and their inspection and communication were truly excellent - far better than other well-known inspection companies that I've hired in the past! What I really appreciated most was that they contacted the dealership more than 24 hours in advance to confirm the inspection time. They also let me know, with more than 24 hours' notice, that they would need a lift to inspect certain parts of the vehicle. As a result, they were able to get everything inspected exactly how we were hoping it would be completed. On top of that, they even offered to give me a call to run through the diagnosis with me which was very helpful. Excellent service!

  Wonderful job by Kraken Automotive. They scheduled me quickly for my CUE screen replacement. Arrived on time, did a prompt and successful repair and I couldn't be happier! Don't hesitate to use them.
