  I am disappointed with my experience at Zips Car Wash and the damage sustained to my 2014 Nissan Altima after going through their car wash. The first incident occurred on April 17, 2026, at 5:48 PM. I followed all instructions provided by the attendant and entered the car wash. Immediately afterward, I noticed that the roof trim molding on the drivers side of my vehicle had been knocked out of place and was hanging off. I had originally replaced this roof trim molding on January 8, 2026. I was initially under the impression that the molding may have been knocked out of place due to the overhead/top roller but, unlike components that are secured with traditional screws or bolts, the molding is secured directly into the vehicle's metal frame via a small rubber groove. Because of that, I gave Zips the benefit of the doubt and did not immediately assume that the car wash equipment had caused the problem. I inspected my vehicle after the car wash and did not notice any other damage at that time. I returned to Zips Car Wash on June 19, 2026, at 1:18 PM. Again, I followed all instructions provided by the attendant and entered the car wash. During this wash, I noticed violent shaking and loud noises coming from the top portion of my vehicle. Upon exiting the wash, I parked in front of the car wash to inspect my vehicle. I was disappointed to discover significant damage to the paint on both the front-left and front-right portions of the top area of my vehicle. This damage was not present before I entered the car wash. I would also like to point out that there have been no modifications made to my vehicle's suspension or other components that would have altered the vehicle's factory ride height or vertical position and thus wouldn’t have changed its relationship to the car wash equipment, including the overhead/top roller. Despite this, the vehicle sustained damage during the wash. Please refer to the pictures accompanying this review. The areas marked with red rectangles show the damage to the paint on my vehicle. The purple rectangle identifies the drivers-side roof trim molding kit that was knocked out of place after my first time going through the car wash on April 17, 2026. I have attempted to contact Zips Car Wash several times over the past three months regarding the damage, but I have been unable to reach anyone. I am posting this review to document my experience and to make other customers aware of what happened. Zips Car Wash should investigate the equipment involved, review the circumstances surrounding both incidents, and address the damage appropriately. I have documented the dates and times of both visits and have photographs showing the condition of my vehicle and the resulting damage. I hope Zips will respond to my attempts to contact them and provide a reasonable resolution.

  Is there a reason why the car wash portion opens at 11am with no explanation but live the vacuums operational.

  Por favor cuidado en este sitio con la información de su tarjeta en mi caso me trataron de robar mil dólares.llevo muchos años con la tarjeta y nunca había tenido problemas pero a los tres días de haber puesto la información en este lugar tuve esta mala experiencia.por seguridad cancelé mi membresía y necesité una nueva tarjeta.Gracias (cuidado!)

  I hate this location they don’t do they job I pay for top notch service they always act like it’s broken they can’t spray the car the white boy wit the red hair I ask he just shake his head worst service the Miami Gardens is way better ‼️‼️🤦🏾‍♂️💯😖😡
