  I purchased a set of 4 "Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 2" tires for our 2021 Ford Explorer Platinum. Sergio and Jesus were very nice and professional. They both explained some additional sales options to add to my purchase. However, they were not persistent or attempted any sales pressure tactics. I'm looking forward to doing the suggested maintenance at this location.

  I’ve been to this Goodyear location a few times now, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. They took my vehicle in on a Friday afternoon and had everything completed within 24 hours, which was impressive given the amount of work involved. With them being closed on Sunday, it was clear they were mindful of getting it done in time for the start of the work week. Jesus was extremely helpful throughout the process—he answered all of my questions, stayed responsive with calls, and made sure I was kept informed. That level of communication really stands out. He also gave me a lot of good tips and I appreciate that as someone who plans to drive my car up past 200k miles. I also appreciated that the team test drove the vehicle multiple times before returning it to me. It showed a real attention to detail and care in making sure everything was right. Overall, consistently professional and reliable service. This is why I continue to return.
