  I had to use their rental cars for 21 days while my 2025 KIA Carnival 8-seat Hybrid was being serviced. I asked to get a comparable vehicle, but instead they gave me an old 5-seat Hyundai Santa Fe that smelled terrible, used about 2.5x more gas, and had a loud mechanical knocking noise under the steering wheel. After a week, I asked to replace it because I didn’t feel safe driving it. They told me they had no KIA Carnival — while one was literally parked outside the window! Only after I pointed it out did they give it to me. Even worse, my final invoice shows that I had the KIA for all 21 days, which is simply not true. I drove the Hyundai for the first 7 days. I was also never told that SunPass was not activated, which resulted in extra toll charges. Very dishonest and disappointing service.

  The staff on state RD 7 in Miramar was very professional and friendly. I’m definitely only going to that site from now on.
