  I tried to get answers to questions regarding my vehicle service and was directed to an automated system that provided absolutely no help. When I asked to speak with someone, it said it would connect me to a support representative, but instead the call simply ended. I also had an ongoing text conversation with Safelite’s AI bot, but that was equally unhelpful and never connected me with a live representative. It is extremely difficult to reach an actual person, especially someone at the local shop who can answer specific questions about your vehicle service. I can’t say much about the actual service yet because my repair is still in progress. However, based on my experience so far, Safelite’s customer support is extremely frustrating and needs significant improvement. Customers should be able to easily reach a real person when an automated system cannot answer their questions.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any company. I had an appointment at the Safelite AutoGlass shop in Minneola, FL, and when I arrived, I was told they had ordered the wrong part. A second appointment was scheduled for a technician to come to my home, with an arrival window between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. No one showed up, and no one called to let me know what was happening. I tried calling the shop several times, but no one answered the phone. I was finally able to get in contact with Safelite through my insurance company. A third appointment was scheduled. The technician arrived on time, but once again, he had the wrong parts. Another appointment had to be scheduled for a week later. That technician also arrived on time, but this time he was missing a part needed to complete the job. Yet another appointment had to be scheduled, and the service was finally completed. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into multiple appointments, repeated issues with incorrect or missing parts, a complete no-show without a phone call, and difficulty reaching anyone for assistance. The amount of time and inconvenience this caused was completely unacceptable. After so many mistakes throughout the process, I’m now left wondering about the quality of the work that was ultimately performed. Based on my experience, I would have a very difficult time recommending Safelite AutoGlass

  My experience at Safelite AutoGlass was a great one. They got my car in right away, said that it would take about two to three hours, and finished the work within an hour and a half. The staff was friendly and informative. I would definitely return to this location if I need their services in the future.

  I used the service to replace a major crack in my windshield on my 2021 Mustang Mach E and this was one of the easiest things I’ve ever had to do with my car maintenance or repair. Aaron was not only communicative but he arrived right on time and got straight to work. He let me know step by step what he needed to do and before I knew it, the car was ready and in great condition! Getting this service squared away was a breeze. Highly recommend!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience with Safelite! The technician was right on time, very knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I had a small ding in my windshield and wanted to have it repaired rather than replaced. He was able to fill the chip, and the whole process took about 20 minutes. Quick, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
