- FSFerdinando Souza5 days ago1.0I booked the first appointment of the day at 7:00 a.m. and left home very early. We took two cars so I could leave mine for the windshield replacement, wasting time and gas. When they were about to install the replacement windshield, they discovered it was cracked. The service was not completed, and they called me to come back and pick up my car, even though I live far away. At a minimum, they should inspect the replacement glass before confirming appointments and asking customers to make the trip. This was frustrating and could have been avoided. I do not recommend this location.

- JHJames HelselSep 28, 20265.0Jon was a great technician, very friendly and helpful. Took about an hour, and my insurance covered my deductible (Florida state law). Haven’t driven in the rain yet, but I’m assuming it’ll be fine and not leak. The glass they installed was not Volkswagen OEM (my car is a VW) but the glass manufacturer was Vitro who supplies other major manufacturers like Ford, Audi, Lamborghini, etc so I’ll consider OEM. I’ll update this review if there was an issue with the installation like leaks and what not. But overall I’m satisfied and would recommend to a friend.
