    I had the pleasure of meeting Montel and Matthew today as my car needed a new battery. They were both very pleasant, easy to talk with, very knowledgeable and professional. Montel went the extra mile to put air into all four of my tires. If I could give 10 Stars to these 2 individuals, I would.     Store Manager Mr. Montel Walker was very helpful. The sales person was not so helpful and when Mr Walker got involved he made sure my issue was taken care of even though it was raining. I really appreciate him. Thanks again Mr. Walker

    I recently started up my car and noticed a new light on the dash. I was about to pass AutoZone so decided to stop and ask about the light. I had just pulled into the parking space, was not even out of my car, when the building door was opened by an employee asking how he could help me. I told him about the light and he said he would have someone test it. He introduced himself as Montel Walker. While the dashboard light was being tested, I asked him if one of my tires looked low. He tested the tire and confirmed it was. I jokingly asked if they had air so I could inflate my tire. Montel said they did not but he had a personal tire pump which he immediately retrieved from his own vehicle. He added air to all four of my tires and provided a printout regarding the dashboard light. Not only were these two men very helpful, it felt like meeting up with old friends. My car is running well, tires correctly inflated and the light on the dash is no longer on. I would definitely recommend the Minneola AutoZone and their fabulous store manager, Montel Walker! Incredibly helpful!!!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience thanks to Montel Walker! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. He installed my windshield wipers and replaced my taillight, making the whole process quick and stress-free. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and made sure I was taken care of. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Montel truly made my visit a great one. If you need help at AutoZone, I highly recommend asking for Montel Walker. Thank you for the outstanding service. I really appreciate all your help!
