- JCJason CourtneySep 17, 20262.0Online availability doesn’t match what they actually have. Reserved a luxury suv and was told all they had was a 15 passenger van.
- DCDonna ClarkSep 16, 20265.0The staff at enterprise Milton florida were amazing. My entire dealings with them from start to finish was pleasant and stress free.
- BSBendAir ServicesSep 13, 20262.0The transit van we rented was not cleaned on the inside. We were given a gasoline level of 1/3-1/4 during the time of the rental. We returned it one notch above 1/4(very hard to determine exactly on a digital gauge) and the staff told us it is not a the gasoline level at the time of rental. I am a Enterprise Plus member and I was disappointed in this experience. This location should reconsider a night drop. Very inconvenient for regular renters especially weekend rentals returned on Sunday that are due early Monday at 0800. I hope the next rental I have from this location is a better experience.
- PHPyhcreations HendrixSep 9, 20265.0I had been in an accident and had to rent a car. Everyone at Enterprise was very nice, pleasant, and easy to work with. The vehicle was clean and suited my needs perfectly.. I will definitely consider them again if I need a rental car.
