  They want to charge by the hour for a two hour late return. No one does that. The vehicle didn't even have gas when we picked it up.

  We had a great experience with this Enterprise, specifically Keishawn (sorry if I misspelled.) He was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating. His customer service skills enhanced the experience a ton. Thank you, it was a pleasure working with you on our travels from Alaska. Many blessings.

  What a joke! My car is currently in the mechanic shop and will be ready after the weekend. I go in this place asking about requirements to rent a car for few days and actually experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 47 years on Earth. The guy told me needed proof of id, $300 deposit and copy of a bill or two but before he could get the rest out of his mouth a previous customer walked in and both employees just basically left me standing there and gave her 110% of their attention. Not a “is there anything else? What kind of car? How long? NOTHING!!!!!!! I guess they judged me looking at the truck I was driving which is a loaner from Employer and assumed I couldn’t rent . I would say they was racist BUT same race as me so it had to be what I was driving or my questions. It’s cool AVIS took my money and I got a nice car for 6 weeks minus the $300 deposit. 100 Percent a Circus Act there . Thanks Avis

  No after hours and no on site parking so i always need someone to follow me for pickups/dropoffs. Overall worth it though, for the service and selection.

  Reserved a 15 passenger van 3 weeks ahead of reservation date and was told it was not available on the morning I arrived to pick it up. Bo the manager gave me a grand wagoner instead. We had to make it work but the biggest complaint is safety. Bo was the one who took the vehicle to clean prior to my departure so he most definitely saw the tire pressure that was clearly on the display screen showing the back tire leaking air. I called as soon as I saw it and was told to just put some air in it. I called the roadside assistance line and was told since it wasn’t flat it wasn’t an emergency. I was on a strict schedule so we had to fill up the tire several times on the way to the destination and take it in to a tire shop where they found two nails in it. Bo saw the screen and he was still okay giving me this vehicle and putting not only my life in danger but the lives of my coworkers and other drivers on the interstate. When I returned the vehicle he was nice enough to give me a 15% discount. Thanks, Bo! That $40 off really made up for the hell you put us through. I’m never using this location again. Keyshawn (I think that was his name) on the other hand gave fantastic service!
