  Beaux and the team at Milton enterprise are awesome! From the moment I walked in everyone was super nice, and were very understanding when I needed to extend my rental terms due to issues with my personal vehicle. I will definitely be back for any rental car needs. Thank you guys!

  Employees have a difficult job because of the number of rentals on certain days and hours. However, they extended good manners and friendliness although they were swamped. It is best to call and speak with them and set up at time when they have more free time.

  Subject: Concern Regarding Incorrect Information Provided by Enterprise Staff I would like to express my concern regarding my recent experience with the Enterprise location in Milton, Florida. Several days before attempting to reserve a vehicle, I contacted your office by phone and explained my situation in detail. I specifically informed your employee that my wife would be renting the vehicle and paying with a debit card. I asked what requirements would need to be met in order to complete the rental. Your employee advised me that if we provided the requested verification letter and supporting documentation, there would be no issue renting a vehicle. Based on that information, we spent time gathering and submitting the requested documents in good faith. When I later contacted the office to complete the reservation, I was informed by another employee that the information previously provided was incorrect and that a vehicle could not be rented under those circumstances. I was told that the previous employee had given me inaccurate information and that nothing could be done. My concern is not simply that the rental was declined. I understand that companies have policies and may refuse a rental application when necessary. My concern is that I relied on information provided directly by your staff, completed the requirements that were given to me, and only afterward learned that the information was incorrect. This situation resulted in unnecessary time, effort, and frustration that could have been avoided if accurate information had been provided from the beginning. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed internally and that additional training be provided if necessary to help ensure customers receive consistent and accurate information regarding rental requirements.
