  The ladies at the front were very diligent and sweet got me checked in swiftly. Joshua my technician was excellent! I waited for my vehicle and he took note of that and got me out very quickly. He recalibrated and cleaned my camera beautifully! My safety features are working better than when I got the car! He was very informative! I knew my wipers were probably dated but he informed me and got them replaced. Keep him and people like him there! He’s exceptional!

  Outstanding experience with the Midway team! From the moment I arrived, the front desk and technicians were welcoming, professional, and completely transparent about the timeline. They took care of my vehicle quickly, completed the calibration seamlessly, and the new glass looks factory-perfect. You can tell this location takes real pride in customer service and quality workmanship. Huge thank-you to the Midway staff for making what could have been a stressful repair completely painless!

  Incredible experience replacing a windshield! Scheduling was easy, insurance handled the claim side, technician came to us (Daryl... Sorry if I misspelled... Was fantastic) and was done in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for more!

  Adding to this after Safelite replied: I was never given the option of using an OEM windshield. Once they couldn’t recalibrate the camera and I suggested that an OEM window would resolve the camera issue, the manager pretty much blew me off. Never brought up the fact about the insurance company. Not surprised with this reply! Safelite tech came to the house to replace the windshield on my 2013 Accord. The tech, Donnie, was great, explained everything, installed the aftermarket windshield then recalibrated the FCW camera (Safelite does not use OEM windshields for the Accord.) The camera worked when Donnie left but the next morning, it did not. Safelite sent another tech out 2 days later and couldn’t get the camera calibrated and told me that the camera was fried! I suggested that the camera won’t work with an aftermarket windshield. Now Safelite ADVERTISES that they can calibrate cameras after windshield installs but for some reason, it didn’t work. I’ve never had a problem with the FCW camera EVER. After repeated phone calls and one visit to the location where I finally gave up waiting to speak with a manager, I called their customer service number again and was told that they would escalate the issue. Then, after waiting for way too long, I was informed by email that there is nothing they can do. So, I went back to the location and spoke with the new manager and suggested that the issue was the use of an aftermarket windshield instead of the OEM windshield. The manager belittled me when I told her I did research online regarding the use of an OEM windshield indicating that this is why the camera wasn’t working. She said nope, just a coincidence that my camera failed at the same time the windshield was replaced. I did contact the BBB with no resolve. Luckily my insurance company was paying for this so they instructed me to take the Accord to the Honda dealer who installed 2 different new FCW cameras which still didn’t work. The dealer suggested that I take the Accord to GlassPros in Tallahassee since they use OEM windshields. Insurance agreed, GlassPros installed an OEM windshield and the camera worked! GlassPros service center is beautiful, clean, and Moriah there is awesome! To recap, Safelite has terrible customer service and I’ll never use them again! During this process, I was on hold for over 30 minutes, belittled by the Safelite manager, and I had to repeatedly call Safelite after they told me that they would call me back.

  They waist your time. Over 2.5 hours sitting and waiting after being told the windshield was delivered on the Monday and to be replaced today on Wednesday. I sat there 2.5 hours until they finally came out to say sorry the windshield isn't in yet. This happened to my daughter as well, MULTIPLE times. Safelite technicians were very friendly but they need big time help in their organization at the front office level. Get it together people. Never again, there's plenty more glass repair places available. Do your research before booking here.
