I was browsing online looking at campers and decided to call for more information. I had the pleasure of speaking with Morgan, and from the start she was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I had quite a few questions about different camper options, features, pricing, and extras, and she never made us feel rushed. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process easy to understand.
Morgan went above and beyond by sending us photos, detailed information, and links to the additional options and features we were interested in. She stayed in communication and made sure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, and she truly stood out. If you're in Tallahassee or anywhere in Florida and looking for excellent service, ask for Morgan — you’ll be glad you did.

BRANDON is the star of the show at this location. Truly would not be the same store without him. I purchased a new RV from this location and thanks to Brandon I am one satisfied customer. If you need anything, ask for him, he will take care of you. Had an issue come up shortly after I took my new RV home and SAME DAY it was fixed and I was good to go. He didn’t stop moving until everything as fixed. Very impressed with his commitment to service and highly recommend this location thanks to him.

Beware of their buy back offer. They were going to give me 50% less for my 8 month old camper that was used one time.

Part2
We were heading out and decided to go have a look at the camper ourselves before we drove back home. It was clear that the camper had been scraped down the pole, causing damage to the front fiberglass, the sides of the camper all the way to the end where the rear was ripped open. My phone started ringing and it was Dan. I answered it and he said Great news, I got you $10,000 for wholesale. I put the phone on speaker so my husband could hear. I said ok. We are here now looking at the camper. Dan said great I'll just walk down there. I said I don't think that's a good idea. Dan said Why not? My husband said well because you withheld information from us about you hitting a tree or actually it was a pole and ruined our camper. Dan said I didn't do that. I said well one of your co-workers, Lee Bopp said you told him about it yesterday and y'all looked at it together. Dan said I don't remember having that conversation. My husband said get in the truck we are going back in the office. SO we drove back up to the front and went in.
We requested to speak with Lee again. Lee came out and we told him what happened and then Dan comes out of his office. My husband asked him why he lied to us about hitting a pole with our camper. Dan said I don't like you calling me a liar. Dan said I'm trying to remember this conversation. My husband said it only happened yesterday. Dan then said we could take our camper keys and leave. I told him we weren't going anywhere until this was resolved. Dan then walked up to my husband and put his hands in his face and was yelling at my husband and trying to get my husband to hit him. My husband got very angry and starting telling him not to put his hands in his face. Dan said he could do what he wanted to do. I got between my husband to try to stop them from fighting. Lee told Dan he needed to go on and that we could finish the conversation outside. Dan walked away shaking and we went outside. Lee reassured us that he would let the higher-ups know what happened and they would be in touch.
It's now almost 4 hours later and we still haven't heard from anyone. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Apparently, Dan Ivester has a history of this. He's been let go from there and hired back and been demoted 3 different times. Why does he even still have a job there? You can't trust people like this. He intentionally hid what he did from us and then verbally attacked us in the store when he was called out on his lie. We trusted Camping World with our camper and now its not worth having. The back end is ripped off and pretty much totaled and yet we were told we could take our keys and leave. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Part1
If I could give a negative star, I swear I would. Our experience started off about a week ago when I called Camping World in Midway, FL to try to sale our 2017 Forest River-Sierra 371rebh. I spoke with Dan Ivester who is in charge of Consignment Sales. He said he could go pick up our camper and bring it in, get it evaluated and get us a good price on it. I hesitated about giving him the go-ahead, I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. He called me back a couple days later and said he had a potential buyer and wanted to know if he could he go pick it up. I told him to go ahead. I gave him the address. He called me at the address while he was picking up the camper and was having issues getting the jacks lifted. He knocked on the door to my cousins house, (where the camper was being kept) and asked a couple questions as far as where the power poll was and such. He told me he would call me back when he got the camper back to Camping World and had it evaluated. Once the camper was back at Camping World he sent me pictures and told me that my camper had a lot of damage to it. He called me and said that the evaluation wasn't good and I would be lucky to sell it through wholesale. (for almost $10,000 less than he had originally quoted me) He said that it looked like someone had hit a tree with the camper, causing significant damage to the rear end. The pictures showed where the camper had been hit and the back end ripped off, causing the inside of the wall to be exposed. He said he assumed whoever backed the camper in the lot must have caused the damage. I was very upset. I had no prior knowledge of these issues. I felt like my cousin would have told me about the damage, considering I had insurance on the camper and could have easily had it repaired. I held off on calling my cousin because of how upset I was. About an hour later, my cousin called me.
My cousin said that he had pulled up to the house and noticed that his gourds that hang from a fiberglass pole were on the ground. He noticed the pole itself was scraped and covered in paint and cracked. He went inside to ask his wife and she said that she witnessed the guy that picked up the camper back into the poll. She was alone on the property (they live out in the middle of no where) and was afraid to go confront him alone. I told my cousin that the guy had sent me pictures of the camper and said that the damage was done before he got there. I forwarded the pictures to my cousin who became very upset and said the damage was NOT there beforehand and that his wife had witnessed the guy hit the pole. I told my cousin to go look outside and see if he can find the light cover that was knocked off of the camper where it was hit. Sure enough, the red light cover was lying on the ground beside the scraped pole. We both agreed since it was so late to go up to camping world the next morning to speak with the manager.
So this morning we meet up there about 10:15am and go in and request the manager. The GM was out of the office today, so we spoke with a Sales manager named Lee Bopp. He told us he was aware that the camper had been hit. That yesterday when Dan got back from picking it up, Dan told him he hit something with the camper and they walked outside to look at it together. I told Lee that Dan had not told us he hit anything and had tried to place the blame on my cousin and said the damage was already there. Lee was very nice and took our information down and received pictures and videos we had taken of the damage. Lee said he would forward them on to his GM Jordan Bellflower, who was currently out of the office.
I dont have enough room for my whole review so I'm putting the story in two parts.
