  I had a very frustrating experience with Tire Kingdom. I purchased new tires for my vehicle and paid to have an alignment done at the same time. Immediately after leaving the shop, my vehicle was pulling left and right and driving worse than it did before the alignment. I called to schedule a realignment, and the appointment was confirmed over the phone. However, when I showed up, they couldn’t find my appointment and tried to make me schedule another one for the following day. To make matters even worse, two of my lug nuts were broken during this process. I paid for a service that was not done correctly, had to waste additional time trying to get the problem fixed, and now have to deal with damaged hardware on my vehicle. This is unacceptable, especially from a company that customers trust to work safely on their cars. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, and inconvenience have completely undermined my confidence in this location. Customers shouldn’t have to return repeatedly to correct mistakes or worry about whether their vehicles are safe after being serviced.

  I had a flat and came in to fix. Great reception, free but exceptional quality repair was done and I left with a conviction that this is the best tire station you can get a quality service or purchase tires. I was attended to by Bre Autwell and she was quite pleasant and knowledges based in my enquiries on replacement tires. Tire Kingdom is highly recommended for your auto needs

  These guys are awesome. My daughter hit a curb or something and destroyed the tire which was roughly 12 months old. After further inspection I noticed there were 3 small gashes around the inside of the tire thread line. I was a walk in at the store and they took the time to thoroughly inspect my tires for defects all with a smile and no cost.Thank guys, you're awesome!

  I’ve waited a couple days to write this post because I definitely wanted to pray not just for those young men in that shop but for the lady who is apparently running it and treating them like they’re less than human . since my husband has past away a few years back, I’ve been tasked with the maintenance of my vehicle and beings tire kingdom is one place he often chose. I decided to stick with what he thought was best. I haven’t had an issue and I’ve always had good service but this last job I had done last week has taught me a lot. Good service is not an excuse for bad behavior. to the young lady who was talking and treating those boys like animals shame on you!! God does not like ugly and even if you were having a bad day, theres no excuse for treating people the way you were treating them. They don’t deserve that They look young and new to the job and I hope your behavior doesn’t discourage them from pursuing their career and helping people maintain their vehicles after a few days of thought I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope those boys find employment elsewhere as well. They deserve to be treated with kindness and respect as do you.

  Very dissatisfied with their service and knowledge. Purchased a Continental tire there for my BMW early September, had a flat Mid September and they refused to replace it for free or take any money off of a new tire. They stated there was no road hazard warranty on this particular tire for me to purchase so they should have taken money off of a new purchase. Instead the manager called the tire company asking them what to do and they didn’t know either. It was ridiculousness. The tire could not be patched. They attempted to wait on another customer who came in behind me before solving my issue so I had to let them know I was there first. Ended up taking the car back to BMW to get a tire but they wouldn’t allow the tow truck in the lot to pick up my car until they had emptied their service bins delaying the pickup! These people were the absolute worst and I will never go back here again. Previous manager was so much better than the people there now.
