We made an appointment for a tire allignment at 11a.m o'clock on a Sunday. It is now 12:07 p.m and they have yet to move our car into the garage. I understand things happen sometimes. But when someone makes an appointment. You are supposed to honor that and push back the walk ins. We have another appointment at 1. And by the looks of it we wont make that one at all. We will not be returning to Mavis tires in Middleburg. I over heard the service guy tell someone they only have 2 mechanics on Sundays. And if that was the case why would they make any appointments for that day. Our whole day is ruined. Thankyou mavis.

I woke up to a flat tire Sunday morning and plans for 1.5 hrs of driving. I went to Mavis with no appt, just hopeful I could get the tire fixed.
They were very busy and short staffed, but Ben went above and beyond to get me taken care of.
I was there for a total of maybe 20 mins and left with a repaired and mounted tired!
Thank you, Ben for helping me get back on the road... you made it possible for me to celebrate my sister's bday!

I am SO grateful for this Mavis! I have been dealing with a slow leak for a while now and struggling to find a place I could afford or that could fit me in there schedule. When I walked in Richard and his team were very welcoming. They went out in the pouring rain and checked my tire. They explained everything to me and answered questions I had about a warranty.
