  Tonya P, The sales manager was perfect in every way she brought energy or she brings energy in life into an otherwise lifeless auto store she's been the funnest and the best I have seen if she has not been given a raise she needs one now or you people suck! I got two spark plugs for $2.50 I'm pretty happy walking out of the store right now! Ms Tonya P. even walked from behind the counter and went out into the aisle to grab my spark plugs for me. Perfect customer service in sales at its best so I decided to buy washer fluid even though it was probably a dollar more than Walmart that's all right It was worth the cause for having such an awesome sales manager!

  Manager Tonya P helped me graciously today! Her enthusiastic attitude really brightened my day as well! She worked SO hard and went out of her way greatly to help me today. She instantly made my stressful experience turn into laughs and giggles and I was on my way to continue my busy week shortly after! Thank you so much again Tonya, keep being you!! You’re truly amazing!!

  Amazing customer service. The salesperson's name was Dewey here on Blanding Boulevard in Baxley Rd., AutoZone. I highly recommend their service and customer service.

  My 2001 Chevrolet Silverado suffered a coolant hose failure where it connects to the heater core at the firewall. Unfortunately, that required me to immediately stop and park my truck no where near where I live. After getting home, I visited this Autozone. Glen the store manager was super helpful. After looking at two photos of the failed part, he immediately found the needed part. But the most impressive thing was he described “how” the connecter should be removed (with an adapter kit). So, I purchased the part, and the adapter kit to assist in removal. The part was repaired excactly how Glen described, and i was able to bring my truck home. Anyone can sell a part, but Glen went a little extra to describe “how” the part worked. In doing so, he prevented me from breaking other components requiring a tow and a very expensive repair. Thank you Glen. I highly recommend this store to the average backyard mechanic. They were VERY helpful!!

  I went in there for parts for my vehicle and spoke with Glenn and he was very rude. Why does autozone have him at this store ? And the profanity from the employees in the back absolutely terrible kids come into your store the leadership is poor at this store.
