  ⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of our time. We initially came to the dealership specifically for an advertised Volvo XC60 lease offer. When we arrived, we were told that we could not qualify for the advertised deal because we did not qualify for the Volvo Loyalty program. Then, on Friday, someone from the dealership called me back and specifically asked if we were still interested. I explained very clearly that we had already come to the dealership and had been told that the advertised offer required Volvo Loyalty, which we do not have. Despite knowing this, I was explicitly told over the phone that it was not a problem and that they COULD honor the same advertised terms for us without Volvo Loyalty. Based specifically on that confirmation, we made another appointment and drove back to the dealership today. When we arrived, the person we had an appointment with wasn’t even there. Another salesperson took over. I showed him the advertised offer, he went to “check,” and came back telling us that they could not honor it. Instead, we were offered something around $500+ per month with approximately $3,000 down — completely different from the offer we had specifically been called back and told we could receive. When I questioned this, I was then told that the advertised offer was something they “couldn’t remove” from the website. So let me understand this: we came once and were told we needed Volvo Loyalty. Then YOU called us back, knowing we did not have Volvo Loyalty, specifically told us that you could still honor the advertised offer, scheduled another appointment, had us drive back to the dealership — and once we arrived, you told us again that you could not honor it? This is completely unacceptable. I completely understand that lease programs can have eligibility requirements. What I do not accept is being specifically called back after those requirements had already been discussed, being told that the deal could be honored anyway, and then being given completely different numbers once we arrived. If you cannot honor an advertised offer without Volvo Loyalty, simply say so. Do not call customers back, tell them otherwise, schedule an appointment and waste their time by having them come back to the dealership. We were ready to lease a vehicle today. Instead, you lost a customer entirely because of the way this was handled. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership get every single number, eligibility requirement — especially Volvo Loyalty — and condition in writing before making the trip.

  I had a very pleasant experience. My salesman, Juan was very knowledgeable and patiently explained all the details of the car to me. I also appreciated that there were no surprises, no hidden gotchas. I would definitely buy another car there and I would recommend a friend to do so as well

  This was my first experience buying a car and it was such a great and easy experience. The car was in great condition, the people were helpful and the price was right!! Juan Contreras is super helpful and he’ll get you the car you’re looking for. He stays on top of it and is always there if there are any problems or questions. If you need a car, this would for sure be my top recommendation!!

  E. Garcia, the service advisor, was phenomenal and handled my Volvo service needs with the utmost care and professionalism.This is the kind of service expectations that everyone deserves from a Volvo luxury car dealer. The extra perk is always a good courtesy wash. The mechanics always check everything thoroughly and carefully. I went in for a issue with the air conditioning. They went far and beyond for a complete thorough check other than a simple recharging of compressor/refrigerant. 👍👍

  Where to start?! Purchased a certified XC60 from this dealership on 7/14, to be shipped to my mother who lives in-state. Paid the shipping fee and was PROMISED that delivery would be made by Friday of that week. The car didn't arrive until Tuesday of the following week! This caused me to have to delay a scheduled trip by two additional days! The day that the car showed up, I had to stand in the rain for 1.5 hours before the driver could unload the car. Apparently, the dealership and the broker who arranged transport were not on the same page about paying the transport company! Both pointed fingers at the other and neither accepted responsibility for the mix-up. After about a week, we realized that we were NEVER provided a copy of the registration for the car. They told me it was in the glovebox. What was ACTUALLY in the glovebox was the PREVIOUS owner's registration! Apparently, they never filed the paperwork to transfer our tag and didn't let us know that they were missing information to do so! We were ASSURED that it had been handled at the time of purchase, but it turns out my mother was driving an improperly tagged vehicle for a week. Lastly, we purchased an extended service plan. We NEVER received documentation for it. Keep in mind, we purchased on 7/14 (it is now 8/19). I contacted them and was sent a copy to sign, along with apologies for them missing this important piece of the transaction. However, they did NOT send it to the co-owner of the vehicle, clearly listed on the extended warranty paperwork. I was told that person didn't need to sign anything, even though they are the one driving the car. I was then told they'd re-send for both of us to sign. They did. However, NOBODY from the dealership has signed the warranty agreement, meaning that we are STILL without an executed document confirming the extended warranty coverage that we purchased. I've been reluctant to write this review, as there were some bright spots of the transaction. However, the bad has simply overshadowed any glimpse of "good".
