  Excellent service. Not pushy sales. Our salesman Joel was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager were also extremely helpful. No hidden costs. Highly recommend!!

  This is the WORST VOLVO Dealer in the WORLD. My lease expired and I went to return my 2024 S90 T8 Volvo to North Miami Volvo and they refused to take it back saying that I didn’t get this Volvo from them initially. I told them that I had leased 4 previous Volvos from North Miami Volvo and they didn’t care. I told them that Volvo told me on the phone that same day that I can return my Volvo to any Volvo dealer in the United States and they still didn’t care. But the worst part is that I told them that my Dad just passed away that day and they said that I was lying, when I showed them the picture of my Dad in his deathbed Carlos said he didn’t care and Juan Contreras said I was lying and that I was showing them a picture generated by AI and insulted my wife. I informed Sadar the Sales Manager about what took place and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I immediately called and left text messages for Dirk Schmidt, the General Manager and Juan Carlos Belcastro the owner of North Miami Volvo and nobody ever got back to me, and I have my IPhone digital time stamp and date to prove these facts, and this evidence clearly demonstrate that this problem is systematic at ALL levels and North Miami Volvo should be stripped of their franchise because with these kind of actions they are tarnishing and destroying the good reputation of the Volvo brand. I had leased Porsches, BMWs, Mercedes, Audis and Infinity’s and never seen this kind of disrespect and have instructed my attorneys to contact the CEO and President of Volvo North America and inform them of the HORRIBLE Situation that me and my wife experienced at Volvo North Miami because NOBODY should be treated this way and have contacted several news outlets as well so they can make a segment about what we went through. I leased 7 Volvos in the past 15 years and would never, ever lease one again. I’m writing this review so future customers can avoid the WORST Volvo dealer in the world because if they did this to me after leasing 7 Volvos in the last 15 years imagine what they would do to you as a first time client. They are completely “EVIL and HEARTLESS”!!!!

  I recently renewed my lease with Volvo Cars North Miami and had a great experience. Tito was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything simple and efficient, was always responsive to my questions, and made sure the whole transaction went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how easy they made the lease renewal process. Highly recommend Tito and the team at Volvo Cars North Miami!

  I walked into Volvo of North Miami knowing the car I wanted and not ready to make a purchase. I had gone to another Volvo dealership and two other brands and each felt too transactional. The experience at Volvo of North Miami was pleasant. I never felt pressured which is a major dealbreaker for me! I test drove the EX30 and loved the car. I ended up taking it! Another major pet peeve of mine is dealing with the finance department. Gilberto was great. He guided me throughout the signing process and did so without causing stress. Lastly they have a "welcome to your new car" specialist who walks you through all the functionality available to make sure you are familiar with your purchase. While a nice to have for me, its important for new customers as it gives them a head start to enjoying their purchase. Great experience with Volvo of North Miami.

  Abysmal Customer Service & Model Year Deception!!! Buying an expensive vehicle should never result in being lied to, bullied, and misled. My experience with this dealership was a complete nightmare, culminating in a major bait-and-switch.On Sunday in the showroom, the first salesman explicitly stated four separate times that the Polestar 3 we were looking at was a 2026 model. During our test drive on Monday in the dealership, neither the staff nor the manager corrected this. Caught up in the excitement of buying the car on Tuesday, we signed the contract, only to realize today (Thursday) that they actually slipped a 2025 model into the paperwork without ever disclosing the change.To make matters worse, the vehicle delivery was a total disaster. The manager promised on Tuesday that the showroom car would be fully prepared, checked, and washed before delivery. Instead, it was handed dirty, minimum charged, and missing basic windshield wiper fluid. Dealing with the sales team to fix this was a circus:The First Rep: Initially refused to charge or wash the car, but eventually agreed.The Second Rep: Boldly overrode that agreement, refused both, and demanded I take the dirty car and bring it back another day just to get it washed.The "Solution": They refused to let the delivery employee pay for a local car wash to be reimbursed by the dealer. Instead, they told me to pay for it out of pocket and promised they would pay me back later.When confronted about this absurd behavior, the salesmen acted like toddlers, threw tantrums, and threatened to cancel the entire sale. To justify their laziness, they actually told me "Tesla is worse" and claimed delivering the car to me was "a favor." It is a shame that high-quality Polestar vehicles are represented by such a deceptive, vindictive, and incompetent sales team. They hide critical vehicle details, collect undeserved commissions, and leave support staff to face cheated customers. Avoid this dealership at all costs!
