  I want to acknowledge the amazing boutique style service I have received from Giovanna and Danny. They’ve made my car leasing experience so easy. My husband and I are repeat customers with this Volvo in particular and I can’t thank them enough. We moved to Tampa 6 years ago and they make it so easy I don’t even have to step foot in the dealer, they even deliver the cars personally themselves. Will be getting another car from 100%.

  I had a wonderful experience at Volvo of North Miami. Juan Contreras, the sales manager, was awesome —super helpful and made the whole process easy. Kelvin Mendez, finance manager, made the paperwork quick and painless and explained everything clearly. Danny, the IT manager, patiently walked me through all the tech and gadgets in the car, so I actually know how to use everything. I highly recommend reaching out to this team if you're shopping for a Volvo.

  I had an outstanding experience at Volvo North Miami from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the car-buying process seamless. Most of the transaction was handled over the phone with Sedar, the sales manager, which made everything so convenient. By the time we arrived at the dealership, the paperwork was ready, and the entire process took no more than an hour. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Danny, the delivery specialist, spent over an hour walking us through every feature of the car and patiently answered all of our questions, making sure we felt completely comfortable before we left. Giovanna was also fantastic throughout the entire process, always available by text and incredibly responsive whenever I had a question. This was truly one of the easiest and most enjoyable purchasing experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend Volvo North Miami to anyone looking for a transparent, efficient, and customer-focused dealership.

  I had an awesome experience purchasing my CPO Polestar 2! I paid exactly the sale price advertised on the website, I have had such a tough time getting people to honor their own offers. All the paperwork for the sale was done online including financing and they were able to handle all the out of state title work for me in Ohio by the very helpful finance manager JC. I flew in, Alejandro had a Lyft pick me up from the airport, and he took the time to show me around and explain everything making me feel safe for the long drive home. I'm really happy with how everything went, and I will happily consider purchasing 1000 miles from home again.
