- RLRafael Leon1 day ago1.0We went there as always to do an easy oil change and for some reason our car started leaking oil, we returned so they can correct whatever they had done and they told us it was not their fault. Long story short we had pay again for oil to get to the nearest mechanic. Finally the mechanic change the oil filter and fixed the issue. Be careful there.

Today On Sunday, August 23rd, I arrived at 7:40 AM for an 8 o’clock opening, but staff didn’t arrive until 8:30 and service didn’t start until closer to 8:40. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced late openings here. After waiting an hour, I urgently used the restroom, which I’d done before. Instead of understanding, the employee simply repeated that the restroom was not for public use. That response felt really rude and dismissive considering how long I’ve been a customer and the 1 hour waiting for them to arrived . I believe this location needs stronger customer service training and better adherence to posted hours. After years of loyalty, this experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere.
