  From the moment I arrived the staff was not greeting and welcoming it took very long to get the oil changed they didn't inform me of what was going on found out that they had other issues they didn't ask me what oil I wanted he just selected it for me and I was there for almost an hour and 15 minutes for a simple oil change the staff was nonchalant and disrespectful at times

  Dios mío, ya no vengan señores los precios subieron enormemente y no importa si traes tu propio aceite y filtro, te cobran 60 dólares nada más por el cambio de aceite

  Went to get an oil change like a normally do 15 min more or less; after about 50 min I was told that the oil plug was wasted and they couldn’t remove it; it was stuck. This is a 2024 GMC SIERRA TRUCK shouldn’t have any plug problems, the guy told me that these trucks came with defective plugs looked it up and there’s no recall or any sign of the plugs being defective. Was there for over an hour and 20 min and wasn’t even offered a discount for my next visit or anything for the inconvenience. Very disappointed. All my prior 5 oil changes were at this very same location so if there was any damage it was on them.

  Manager said they had checked the pressure gauge not really knowing. He guessed wrong . This was unacceptable not going again
