  Worst service ever. I have been coming here for years. I bring my personal and work vehicles here and the last handful of times its gotten worse. Came in for an oil change and whatever else they may have recommended and they were ready to cash us out without checking any of our fluid levels or lights. We had to ask the kid if he checked anything and his answer was they can. He then came back and stated we didnt have a power steering reservoir. My husband had to get out of the car and show him were it was after letting him know it absolutely does have one. They went and checked it but did nothing else afterwards. At that point we just paid for our oil change because they obviously do not want to bother doing their job efficiently or have no idea what the Valvoline service entails. Very disappointing experience. Taking our business (7 vehicles) elsewhere
