I brought my car in for a massive overhaul—a complete transmission replacement, new mounts, brake pads, and a battery. A job this big is usually incredibly stressful, but Antoine and Ledon made it a flawless experience.
Antoine was fantastic from the start, keeping communication clear, and making sure the entire process ran smoothly. No games or hidden surprises.
Ledon is an absolute pro. He knocked out the heavy lifting ahead of schedule and took the time to explain why replacing the mounts alongside the transmission made the most sense for the long run.
My car shifts buttery smooth, the braking is crisp, and it honestly drives like it’s brand new. Huge thanks to Antoine and Ledon for their top-tier work.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Toyota of North Miami while attempting to purchase a Honda Civic they had listed for sale.
I had previously submitted my contact information regarding a Honda I was interested in. At first, I was simply shopping around, but after receiving a notification that the vehicle price had dropped, I decided I was ready to move forward with the purchase. I completed the application directly through the dealership’s website for the specific vehicle I wanted.
Shortly after, I was contacted by a sales advisor named Jaime Tactuk. Initially, he was very responsive and helpful. However, once I informed him of the amount I planned to use as a down payment, communication suddenly became inconsistent. After waiting for a response, I contacted the dealership again because I genuinely wanted to proceed with the purchase, only to be routed back to him.
He then advised me to complete another application, stating that the one submitted online was only for a soft credit pull and that a new application was required to move forward with financing decisions. Once he indicated the deal seemed possible and gave the impression we could proceed, he immediately contacted me requesting that I provide the down payment before any approval, financing terms, or interest rate information could even be discussed.
I explained that while I understood his concern about me being located two hours away, I was uncomfortable providing a down payment before receiving any official approval details, terms, or rates. From that point forward, the assistance completely stopped, and I simply received the message: “car is sold sir.”
I expected a transparent and professional sales process from a dealership that publicly emphasizes customer service. The entire interaction felt misleading and unprofessional. Requesting a down payment before even providing financing details or formal approval information felt extremely dishonest and left me with a very negative impression overall.
I hope dealership leadership reviews this interaction carefully, as experiences like this can seriously damage consumer trust.
Typical bait and switch place. They had a lady reach out to me telling me they had a promotion that they can get everyone approved with 1,500 down. I’m coming from west Palm and have a lot of kids I have to look after so I told them I can do the app online so we can speed up the process and tell me if I’m approved or not but they said in order to get the promotion, that I have to come in person. I drove an hour and 30 to get there to just get switched to a person that I never even talked to. The salesman said the promotion was a lie and you couldn’t believe everything you see on TV…. A lady that works there told me about it and we talked on the phone it. After running the app. They took my license and wouldn’t give it back till the salesman gives it back. (He was attending other people and had to wait for him to finish) we told them we weren’t happy with them making us come out there and lie with a promotion to get us in the door. They did the typical bait and switch and tried to push me on another car that was nothing like the one I wanted. Why lie…. I told them I had kids and it’s not easy to go out. Terrible. I felt like a hostage there and worst of it all that you have to pay FOR WATER!! I ended up going to Honda and got exactly what I wanted and paid 3k down for a 30k plus car meanwhile Toyota was asking for 5k plus for downpayment… terrible place here
