My family has a long history of service with Toyota of North Miami, and we follow Jagerson Andre wherever he goes because of the trust he has built with us over the years. We recently brought my aunt’s 2020 Corolla in for service (oil change and new tires) and encountered a secondary issue with a TPMS sensor.
My aunt is like a mother to me, and as a mechanic myself, I know that mistakes can happen during tire mounting. What makes a dealership "extraordinary" isn't perfection—it's how they handle things when they go wrong. Initially, there was a misunderstanding about when the sensor was damaged, but the leadership at Toyota of North Miami stepped up immediately.
They listened to my concerns, valued our family's long-standing service history, and resolved the issue by replacing the sensor at no cost. This kind of integrity is rare. They didn't just fix a car; they took the stress off my aunt and proved that they value their customers' loyalty over a quick profit.
If you want a service department that stands behind their work and advisors like Jagerson who treat you like family, this is the place. Highly recommended!
My experience with North Miami Toyota was extremely disappointing. I felt that the dealership took advantage of my trust by failing to clearly explain the financing terms and the documents presented at closing.
The most serious issue was that a person who was only supposed to be a guarantor/co-signer was added as a buyer on the vehicle without that person’s knowledge or authorization. This is a significant matter that should have been fully disclosed and clearly explained before any documents were signed.
When I requested an explanation, I asked to speak with the sales manager, but she never came out to address my concerns. Instead, I was given excuses and no clear answers about what had happened.
I expected honesty, transparency, and professionalism from a Toyota dealership, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from North Miami Toyota to carefully review every document and make sure they fully understand all the terms before signing anything.

Going for an oil change leaving with a $1500 bill, the advisor suggest me to do all the fluids except the transmission fluids, then the brakes’ pads need it to be change. I was charge alignment when I just put new tires at my cars at Costco, the advisor new. I told the advisor, I ‘m not a mechanic, I’m going to trust your recommendations, he answered “I don’t get commission on the bill” , I hope he was telling me the truth, only you know. I spoke with Sidell the manager and he was very kind and was able to help me since I have been there for many occasions. I also asked your advisor, help me with any coupons, anything, he said he was going above and beyond.

🚨🚨Scam Alert: Toyota of North Miami🚨🚨
Posting this so others can be aware.
About 3–4 weeks ago, my mom leased a new vehicle and clearly told the salesperson, Jorge Gonzalez, that she did not have money for a down payment. They agreed on a monthly payment, she signed the paperwork, and drove away believing everything was finalized.
A few weeks later, she received statements for two Toyota credit card accounts that had been opened in her name without her knowledge or authorization. The available credit on those accounts was used toward a $7,000 down payment on the vehicle.
When she questioned the $7,000 down payment, she was told it would be covered by “Toyota incentives.” At no point was she informed that credit cards would be opened in her name or that they would be used as part of the transaction.
Today, the dealership’s response was simply that she signed the contract and agreed to the terms. We strongly disagree. Consumers deserve to fully understand what they are signing and should never discover weeks later that additional credit accounts were opened in their name.
We have filed complaints with the CFPB, the Florida Attorney General, Toyota Corporate, and the Better Business Bureau, and are pursuing additional remedies.
Please review all documents carefully before signing and monitor your credit reports after purchasing or leasing a vehicle. If anyone else has experienced something similar, I would appreciate hearing from you.

BUYER BEWARE: Total Lack of Transparency and Zero Customer Support
I am writing this review to alert future buyers about the business practices at this dealership. My purchasing experience here proved that their only goal is to close the sale, completely abandoning professional ethics in the process.
During the signing process in the finance office, multiple additional services were packed into the total cost of my vehicle without the finance manager ever explaining, breaking them down, or consulting me. I discovered these hidden fees later in the final paperwork. To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact the finance department to handle the cancellation of these services, the customer service was unacceptable: they systematically ignore calls, and on the rare occasions they do answer, they hang up the phone the second the issue is mentioned.
This is a highly disorganized dealership where many employees claim to be "managers" or directors, yet none of them take true responsibility or have the authority to resolve customer complaints. Their after-sales service is non-existent, and I am currently facing severe financial complications due to their lack of organization. No one should have to endure this stress because of a finance team that cannot perform their job transparently. I strongly recommend looking for options with better integrity.
