  Extremely disappointed with the service here. I came in for a tire patch and a tire rotation. After waiting an hour and a half, I was told the car was ready and the work was done. On the drive home, I notice one of my tires only has 35 psi instead of the proper 41 psi specification. Worse yet, when I checked my tread depths at home, I discovered my low-tread tires were still on the front axle—meaning they skipped the tire rotation entirely. They either forgot the work or intentionally skipped it hoping I wouldn't check. I can't possibly trust this place anymore and will not be relying on it again.

  I would strongly caution other customers when dealing with Tire Kingdom regarding promotional rebates. I purchased four Hankook Ventus tires through their website, where a $100 mail-in rebate was clearly shown as part of the advertised promotional pricing at checkout. Based on that offer, I proceeded with the purchase. Before installation, I confirmed with the store manager at the 132nd Street, Pinecrest location on three separate occasions that the tires qualified for the rebate. I was repeatedly told they did, and I was also given the rebate submission form. After submitting the rebate, I was informed by the rebate processor that the tires were not eligible for the promotion. When I raised this with Tire Kingdom customer service and store management, I was told that I was responsible because I selected the tires, despite the fact that the rebate was displayed at purchase and verbally confirmed multiple times in-store. The way the issue was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. The main concern here is the inconsistency between: the promotional offer shown online, the confirmation provided by store staff, and the final rejection after purchase. Customers should be very careful and verify rebate eligibility directly with the manufacturer before relying on in-store or website promotional claims.
