  I went in yesterday for new tires and ended up also getting some maintenance done as well. I couldn’t be happier with the service, my car is driving like it’s brand new. A few of the maintenance issues I was quoted at the Honda dealership for were way too expensive. I saved a lot of money getting my service done at tire kingdom. I will likely go back for any car maintenance issues I am having. 10/10

  Came to get my tires aligned and was met with friendly affordable service! While they were fixing my tires, they saw my brake pads needed to be changed and helped negotiate a price that I could work with. Eddy was super helpful and nice. 10/10 service will be going back!

  I have been a loyal customer of this Tire Kingdom location for over five years, and until today I had never experienced a problem. I’ve purchased tires here, repaired flat tires, had oil changes done on previous vehicles, and trusted this location with just about every service I’ve ever needed. In fact, less than a month ago I purchased and installed four brand-new tires for my Tesla Model Y at this very location. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different from what I’ve como te expect. When I first walked into the store, there was no one at the front desk. I waited several minutes and eventually had to call out for someone to come help me because there was no employee available to assist customers. Today, June 30, I stopped by because one of my tires had a screw in it. I expected the tire to be inspected to determine whether it could be safely repaired, as this same location has repaired punctures for me in the past. Instead, a new employee I had never seen before immediately told me that I needed to buy a brand-new tire. When I explained that I wanted the tire inspected for a repair instead of immediately replacing it, he simply told me they don’t do that and that buying a new tire was my only option. I then politely asked for a second opinion. His response was that he was the only person giving opinions there and that there were no other options. What disappointed me the most wasn’t necessarily that the tire might not have been repairable, it was that no explanation was provided. He never explained why the tire couldn’t be repaired or whether Tire Kingdom’s repair policy had changed. He simply insisted that I needed to purchase a new tire. As someone who has trusted this location for years and has spent a considerable amount of money here, I expected much better customer service and a more professional explanation. I left extremely disappointed and had to take my business elsewhere to a shop that was willing to inspect the tire and help me. Unfortunately, this experience has cost this location a long-time loyal customer. I will also be sharing my experience with my family and friends, many of whom I have recommended this Tire Kingdom to over the years. I am not sure if the employee was wearing a name tag, so I was unable to identify him. However, if management reviews the security cameras from today, June 30, at approximately 9:35 a.m., they should be able to identify the interaction. I arrived in a Tesla Model Y. It’s unfortunate because this location had earned my trust over many years, but today’s experience completely changed my opinion.

  I had a good experience getting my tire patched here. The staff was helpful and professional and the location is very convenient. The job took about an hour but they have a waiting room for clients to sit and wait. I went back for a different patch and would recommend it.

  Manager Alvaro was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. I came in for a simple tire rotation, and he refused to do it, arguing that my tires weren't bought at their store and were in 'bad condition.' The problem? He provided zero proof, didn't show me any measurements or tread readings—just made the claim and shut me down. I understand refusing outside tires, but if you're going to cite condition as a reason, at least back it up with evidence or show me what you're seeing. Instead, he was condescending, vague, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. A respectful 'no' would have been fine—this wasn't that. Won't be returning.
