  Great customer service! I came in for a new set of tires, and the team was incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain my options and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty. I’ll definitely be coming back and will make this my go-to place for tires.

  After being turned away by several auto shops in the area, we got helped at Tire Choice. Not only did we get the car looked at but the problem was fixed the same day in only a couple of hours. Evis is extremely friendly, kind and made sure to update us as work was being done so we could get on our way. Will be recommending Tire Choice to friends and family in the area. 10/10 experience.

  Mal servicio iba a cambiar una goma y el precio altisimo habia parado la goma pero decide otra opinion en otro lugar les dije gue me reembolsaran el dinero para atas y me dic n gue en mes me delvolvian el dinero

  Came in to change my tires. Old guy doing it had a spicy attitude. My tires are supposed to have 30psi when cold. When I got home no more than 5 minutes away, my tire pressure on both of the new tires were at 45psi. There's no way my tires got hot enough to go up 15 psi from where they're supposed to be in a casual drive home. Won't be coming here again.

  I usually get my oil change done there. Carlos is always very friendly and upfront. I went yesterday just to check my oil levels like Carlos had advised me, but they were too busy to do it, so the guy covering for him asked me to come back on Sunday morning. I make it there today (6/7/26) at was there at 10 AM. To start I walked in and no one was there, just another customer waiting. The guy finally showed up about 10 minutes waiting, I told him the reason I was there, just to check the oil and change à light bulb, he talks to me, once again asked me to wait a moment, them he disappeared for about 20 minutes! He finally comes back and tells me he was helping the mechanic to do something, he proceeded to process my order, I gave him my keys and off I walk to Ross, 3 hours later I hadn’t received a call yet, I went back and my car was literally still in the same spot I parked and once again he was NO WHERE to be found! I waited about 15 minutes this time and nothing, I ended up walking around to the shop, speaking to the mechanic which told me that my car was supposed to be next, but that he was all alone on Sundays. I asked him for my keys and left. I never saw the guy again. Very upsetting that I wasted my morning.
