- ALAlex Licea5 days ago1.0This shop is not very honest. I bought rims and tires online, which came with free mounting, balancing, and installation. I brought the tires to the shop and they still tried charging me for the install. I squared it away with the seller of the wheels and they took care of it, but only half way. The receipt included a TPMS service, but the TPMS sensors were not programmed by the shop. I spoke with a representative that told me to bring in the vehicle that they will take care of it, but when I arrived they tried to once again charge me for a service that was supposed to be included. Stay away. Hidden fees, dishonest management, and poor workmanship. Two mechanics worked on my tires, I tipped each one $50, and the job still wasn't done right. You have been warned. If I can give 0 stars I would.

Then their machines can’t balance the tires, not made for big tires. They were unable to balance. Left my truck driving like garbage. They then started blaming my rims. Which were perfectly fine before. I took the truck to a place that does big wheels and they did it with no problems. Why would you sell and mount my tires knowing you can’t balance them. Just to sell. Then not try to make it right. Total garbage never go there again.
