  Great place if you want to waste an afternoon. Took them 3 hours to change two tires, but they had plenty time to blast music and hit their vapes. Overheard the managers realizing my tires hadn’t even arrived to the store yet as they were still at another location, they thought I didn’t hear them as they said “shh he’s right there”. When I asked them about it they said “oh no they are in the back!”. Just be honest and people will have more respect for you. I told them specifically when I arrived that I had to be out before 5 because I needed to be home before my wife left for work to watch our son. 3 hours for two tires is unacceptable, a genuine idiot could’ve changed it in less than half the time. This place is an inconvenience. Look elsewhere.

  Fui por algo tan simple como cambiar una luz baja quemada, un trabajo que debería tomar unos minutos. Dejaron mi auto aproximadamente una hora parado con el contacto puesto mientras yo esperaba ahí, sin hacerle absolutamente nada. Cuando finalmente me cansé de esperar y pedí que me devolvieran el auto, el empleado abrió la puerta y la golpeó contra el elevador, dejándole un abollón. Entré con una luz quemada y me fui una hora después con la misma luz quemada y, además, el auto abollado. Una experiencia completamente inaceptable.

  I wish I could give a review of the actual repair, but they never even got that far. I came in for a simple low-beam bulb replacement. After standing there for about an hour watching my car sit with the ignition on and nothing being done, I finally asked them to return it to me. As if wasting an hour wasn’t enough, the employee opened my car door into the lift and dented it right in front of me. The result of my visit: one hour wasted, the original problem not fixed, and damage to my car that wasn’t there when I arrived. I came here expecting them to fix my car, not damage it. One star is generous.

  I came in today with a flat tire and no appointment. They let me know the wait would be a little longer than usual, which I completely understood since I was a walk-in. However, Luis, the General Manager, went above and beyond and managed to get my car looked at in about half the time I was originally quoted. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish, constantly checking on me, making sure I was comfortable while I waited, and doing everything he could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks to Luis and the team, I was able to leave with my car ready to go and no issues. I’ll definitely come back to this shop whenever I need service in the future, especially because of the outstanding experience Luis provided. Highly recommended!

  Incompetent, rude crew. They butcher rims and then lie and deny it when confronted. Staff even yells at customers for pointing it out. Do not let them touch your vehicle! Posting a generic response from the business on this review will not make things right. The location has my contact information and can reach out to me directly to rectify the situation. For example, picking up the repair bill for the damage they caused would be a good start.
