  I would give 0 stars if I could. This wasn’t just a bad experience; it was a complete systemic failure of customer service. We arrived slightly late due to heavy traffic. Despite the representative still being at the desk, she flat-out refused to provide the car. The excuses were beyond ridiculous: first, she claimed the card reader was already "turned off," then she claimed she didn’t even have the keys. If a representative is physically sitting at the desk, how can they be so unwilling to assist? Because of this "laziness," our entire plans were ruined, and we had to scramble for a last-minute alternative. But the issues started even before that. I previously visited the location at the InterContinental to request a change of pick-up to the airport for convenience. I booked through Expedia, which explicitly states: "If you want to modify it, contact Sixt." Instead of helping me right then and there, the staff told me to "call Customer Success." Why should I have to call a hotline and wait on hold when I am standing directly in front of a Sixt representative? They refused to even attempt an internal call to fix the issue. When I finally did call, they pointed the finger back at Expedia (which doesn't follow Expedia's terms). It’s a never-ending loop of passing the buck. This isn’t just a problem with one person; it’s a problem with how Sixt operates. I have always used Enterprise in the past, and now I see exactly why they are #1 in the industry. Sixt doesn't even belong in the top 3 with this level of unprofessionalism. Pros: None. Cons: Rude staff, illogical excuses, terrible coordination with booking partners, and zero respect for the customer’s time. Save yourself the headache and go to Enterprise instead. Never again.

  I had a really great experience speaking with Chris. She’s an excellent manager who helped me with all of my questions. She was very responsible, polite, and friendly throughout the whole process. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend her.
