  I had a great experience. The car was very clean. It drove very good. The radio system worked great. We're entering the car. There was so much positive energy. The staff was awesome. They made the experience very easy for me and overall I will definitely recommend a Family a friend a Coworker a Supervisor it was a great experience.

  Wendy fue precisa en sus explicaciones y me ha mostrado todas las opciones de cobertura de daños y fue en todo momento muy amable. El auto estaba limpio y funciona muy bien. Recomiendo esta sucursal.

  Great experience with SIXT! The rental process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The car was excellent, and the price was great as well. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from SIXT again!

  Our experience has been awful. We are subscribers with automatic debit for the payment. Have requested to change the car and booked to come to the store to do it. The agent at the store (Dadeland) couldn’t give us the new car because he can’t see the payment in the system, despite of the invoice with the debit being sent to my email and with zero outstanding balance. He told us to call the subscription team as he (employee of the same company) doesn’t have access to them. We have been almost one hour trying to talk to agent with no success. We as customers are bearing the consequences of mistake in the system. The agent at the store made no effort to help us. Very frustrating how customers are mistreated.
