  Hussain was outstanding, his kindness and personal commiment to make sure we had the best experience in renting the car was incredible. The car is amazing, we are very happy and have peace of mind with our car. He was clear, honest, friendly, and professional. We had a great experience renting the car.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly deserved one — and it’s all because of Hussein at Sixt, Dadeland mall Location. I had rented a car for what was supposed to be a quick work trip after my job urgently needed me to fly out unexpectedly. Everything was stressful and rushed, but Hussein made the process smooth from the very beginning. Professional, kind, patient, and genuinely caring — the type of employee every company wishes they had. The craziest part happened when I returned the rental. As I was literally leaving the location, I got a call that my work plans had suddenly changed and I needed the car again immediately. I was already stressed and exhausted, expecting the whole process to become another headache. Instead, Hussein stepped in without hesitation and somehow managed to get me back into the exact same car within minutes. What could have turned into a complete nightmare became one of the easiest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He stayed calm, helpful, understanding, and went far beyond what anyone would normally expect. Sixt is lucky to have someone like Hussein representing the company. Employees like him are the reason customers come back. Thank you again for turning a chaotic day into such a positive experience.
