    My experience with Sixt was extremely disappointing. The first car I was given had a flat tire, so I had to return it. The replacement car had a defective seat belt that was stuck, forcing me to return to the branch a second time. Having to exchange two defective vehicles during the same rental was a huge waste of my time. To make matters worse, Sixt attempted to charge me for damage that already existed on both vehicles. Fortunately, I always take photos and videos before leaving the rental lot, so I have clear evidence that the damage was pre-existing. This was my last rental with Sixt. You are losing a loyal customer, and I will be leaving a negative review because repeatedly trying to charge customers for pre-existing damage feels like a scam. Please inspect your vehicles properly before renting them out and stop making customers deal with false damage claims.

    We have rented cars from Sixt at Miami Airport several times, and we have had the pleasure of being assisted by Ingrid and Aaron on multiple occasions. We wanted to take a moment to thank them for their outstanding professionalism and kindness. Ingrid is truly exceptional. She is always friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. She takes the time to answer all of our emails promptly and always does her best to find the right solution for us. It is so reassuring to know that we can count on someone as dedicated as her. Aaron is just as wonderful. He is usually the one who hands us the keys to our rental cars, and he is always welcoming, helpful, and happy to offer great advice. He genuinely makes sure that everything goes smoothly. During our most recent rental, we experienced a small issue with our vehicle. We contacted Ingrid right away to let her know and ask if there was a possible solution. She responded almost immediately, asking us to come to the branch. She coordinated everything with Aaron before we arrived, and thanks to their teamwork, the entire process was seamless. Within five minutes, our vehicle had been replaced, and we were back on the road. A huge thank you to Ingrid and Aaron for their efficiency, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers. Thanks to them, every rental experience with Sixt has been outstanding. We will definitely continue renting with Sixt and highly recommend them to anyone. Ingrid and Aaron are truly amazing people!     I had an excellent rental experience with SIXT. Although the BMW X5 I originally reserved was unavailable, I received a complimentary upgrade to an even larger, higher-class BMW. The vehicle exceeded my expectations—it was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and packed with great features. The rental process was seamless from start to finish, and the agent who assisted me was professional, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. The only feature I really missed was Adaptive Cruise Control, which would have made the long highway drives even more enjoyable. One suggestion would be to make the impact of return times even more prominent during the booking process. In my case, I knew I needed the vehicle for a few extra hours beyond my original return time, so I extended the rental by an additional day in advance. While I understood the policy, making it even more visible could help other customers avoid surprises. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would happily rent from SIXT again. The quality of the vehicle, the complimentary upgrade, and the excellent customer service made my trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to the SIXT team!

    Do not rent from this SIXT location. They are scammy and unprofessional. They misled me about an upgrade, promised to refund it, and then never responded to my requests to follow through on the refund. I arrived late after a long flight, and the man behind the counter kept saying the wrong things about my reservation (while talking quickly and mumbling), trying to scam me. He said “we have the mustang for you” and I said “I didn’t select a mustang, I wanted a compact” and “we have the coverage for you” and I said “I just want the basics, what I signed up for online.” He said okay and then had me swipe my card to pay. As I swiped it, I noticed the cost was nearly 2X what I was quoted when I booked the reservation (with an online email confirmation to prove it), and I brought this up with him. He had added additional coverage to the rental, so I asked him to take it off. He said he couldn’t, and would need to speak to a manager. He then disappeared in the back for literally 18 minutes, then came back out to say they can’t take it off my bill now, but the manager would email me about the refund. Sure enough, I received an email from Donovan (the “manager”) saying he would refund the coverage after I complete the rental. When I returned the car, I asked for the refund and Donovan never responded. I reached out to SIXT’s central support and they said they couldn’t do anything and told me to reach out to the branch. I followed up with Donovan 2 more times, then the rest of the team 2 additional times, and they never responded. Unbelievably unprofessional customer service and scammy sales tactics. Stay away from them.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience tonight with Sixt Rent a Car⁠. I had a confirmed reservation made online, yet when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the employee at the parking lot stand was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He told me that my reservation was essentially useless and instructed me to take all of my luggage back to the airport counters, which were a considerable distance away. After carrying my bags and waiting in a line of approximately 25 people, I finally completed the rental process. Unfortunately, the poor service did not end there. After everything was finalized, no one assisted me in locating the vehicle. The employee did not bring the car, offer directions, or send someone to help. Instead, I was sent a long distance away to find and retrieve the vehicle on my own. Customer service should make travelers feel welcomed and supported, especially after a flight and while handling luggage. Instead, I felt inconvenienced, dismissed, and frustrated throughout the entire process. I was honestly close to canceling and renting from another company. The vehicle itself may have been fine, but the customer service I received tonight fell far below expectations and left a very negative impression of Sixt. I hope management addresses these issues and provides additional customer service training to their staff. ⭐ The only reason I am not giving one star is because I eventually received the vehicle. Otherwise, this was one of the most disappointing rental pickup experiences I have had.
