  I was very disappointed with my rental experience. I was told I would be getting an upgrade, but what I was told at the time of the rental did not match what I actually received. I also ended up being charged additional fees that were not clearly explained to me upfront. I feel that I was misled about the upgrade and the final cost of the rental. The extra charges were frustrating and made me feel like the pricing was not transparent. I expected better communication and honesty from the rental company. I would recommend that customers carefully review all charges and make sure they understand exactly what they are paying for before agreeing to the rental.

  Absolutely amazing experience with Sixt at Miami International Airport. Easily the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. I completed the online check-in and had my driving licence verified before arriving, so there was virtually nothing left to do at pickup. An hour before the rental, I could even choose my car directly through the Sixt app or web browser, as well as select upgrades or any add-ons I wanted. And go straight to the car. The app made everything so easy. No unnecessary waiting, and most importantly, no pushy sales tactics at the counter. The car itself was great and modern as well. The return was just as flawless. It literally took less than three minutes and I was done. Such a refreshing experience compared with the usual car rental process. Fast, modern, straightforward, and stress-free. Incredible service from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be using Sixt again!

  Je loue souvent des voitures avec différentes agences mais Sixt Miami est probablement ma meilleure experience jusqu'ici. Prix tres correct pour un SUV Premium même si je m'attendais à un BMW X3, le Volvo XC60 était très sympa. Véhicule neuf, l'application, permet de tout gérer, les communications sont claires et c'est assez assez rare pour être souligné, et c'est pour moi le critère numéro 1 - pas de surprise sur la facture ! c'est un pur bonheur. J'espère ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise à mon retour mais jusqu'ici c'est un sans faute et je vais donc considérer Sixt (en tous cas à Miami) comme mon premier choix dorénavant. Continuez comme ça ! merci.

  Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sixt based on this experience. We booked our rental through ADAC, so everything was already paid for. At the counter, we were offered an upgrade, which we clearly declined. We simply wanted the car we had originally booked. We then went to the parking garage with our rental documents, but the car was not at the assigned parking spot. I went to the employee at the parking garage office, who told me that I was already the third customer that day who had been assigned this particular vehicle — a vehicle that apparently did not even exist. He found an alternative car for us, which was fine at the time. However, we have now received a bill with an additional $150 charge for an "upgrade." Customer service claims that this upgrade was confirmed at the counter. That is simply not true. We explicitly declined the upgrade. We were never informed that we would be charged anything extra, and customer service refuses to help us resolve the issue. This feels like a scam and, at the very least, like a case of hidden and unauthorized charges. Dear Sixt team: I would like a refund of the $150 and, more importantly, I would appreciate being connected with someone who is actually willing to investigate and resolve this issue.

  I rented a vehicle from SIXT recently I didn’t know what type of Vehicle I was going to get but I booked a 7 seater through Expedia ( great site) when I went to pick up the vehicle the gentleman at the counter told me he had a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse. I took the Traverse, It was my first time driving a Traverse. This car is the BEST, Very safe and comfortable . The Traverse literally took care of my family and I on the roads. When I went to pick up the car there were some additional fees at the desk I had to pay that I wasn’t aware of but everything went smoothly and quickly I spent less the 3 mins at the counter the worker was very professional . The car was very clean and still had that new car scent . Returning the car was like 123 . The workers at the return are well trained and pleasant. All the instructions were clear. Everything was hassle free . I recommend SIXT for your next Rental .
