  I had an outstanding experience getting my windshield replaced. Chris at the front desk was professional, welcoming, and made the whole check-in process seamless. The technician, Juan, did an exceptional job—fast, spotless, and with top-tier craftsmanship. It is rare to see this level of efficiency and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

  No the best,company and or tech made my wife and I both miss more than half a days work because they were coming at 2,then 5 then 7pm then left haning,yet asking for an oem winshield is a problem,but making people miss a days work isnt,no call back recieved not a single inquiry they just took it upon themselves to reschedule on Saturday 12-5 again,since they know you need them,they overbooked and play the puppeteer to the client not happy wouldn't recommend only went through because i needed to use my insurance,next time I'd rather pay out of pocket.

  I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a lot of time to waste. My car turned on and 3 warnings detected related to the recalibration of the front camera. Now I’m being asked to bring my car back when I have time? I don’t. Thanks so much for giving me additional work when I thought I could just bring it to a trusted, national service provider. Gross.

  Mi experiencia con Safelite AutoGlass fue pésima, tanto por la atención al cliente como por la calidad del trabajo realizado. Personalmente, NO recomiendo este lugar y, después de lo que me ocurrió, aconsejaría buscar otra opción para realizar este tipo de trabajo. La atención que recibí fue muy mala, especialmente por parte del manager. En mi experiencia, su manera de tratar y dirigirse a los clientes fue poco profesional y desagradable. Cuando un cliente lleva su vehículo a un establecimiento espera, como mínimo, respeto, profesionalismo y que el trabajo se realice correctamente. Pero lo más grave fue el servicio realizado en mi vehículo. Después de instalar el parabrisas, en los días posteriores comenzó a entrar agua al interior del carro. El vehículo terminó lleno de humedad, con un olor muy fuerte y desagradable, y el interior resultó afectado. A partir de esa filtración también comenzaron problemas eléctricos y dejó de funcionar correctamente la cámara frontal del vehículo. Lo que debía ser un simple reemplazo de parabrisas terminó convirtiéndose en un problema mucho mayor y en una experiencia realmente desastrosa para mí. No solamente estoy decepcionado con la calidad del trabajo, sino también con la manera en que fui tratado cuando surgieron los problemas. Basándome en mi experiencia personal, NO recomiendo este establecimiento. Si pudiera volver atrás, definitivamente llevaría mi vehículo a otro lugar. Espero que Safelite se responsabilice por lo ocurrido y tome medidas para mejorar tanto la calidad de sus instalaciones como la atención que sus clientes reciben por parte de la gerencia.
