Contacted Rev to verify an online used part purchase. Alberto found the part and sent me 6 pictures so I could see the condition within 15 minutes of our phone call. Price was excellent. Part was shipped out that day. Needless to say I would go back to Rev for my any parts that I might need.

We provide a social space for automotive enthusiasts to connect, while also offering a comprehensive range of services for car owners. These services include car repair, auto transport, car storage, car care, auto detailing, and the sale of parts and accessories, primarily for European vehicles. Our services are available to both members and non-members.
How do I become a member?
There are several ways to obtain a membership with Rev Auto Club. You can purchase a membership through our online store, submit a request via our contact form for a team member to assist you, or visit our Miami location in person to complete the membership process.
I don't live in Miami, Can I still be a member?
Currently, our membership offerings are limited to local customers. However, if you spend time in Miami seasonally, you are eligible for membership.

Do you host Meet and Greet events?
Yes, we do host events open to the public on a periodic basis. However, the majority of our events are exclusive to our members.
What is the membership cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the membership tier. For the base membership, cancellation can be requested at any time by sending written notice to memberships@revautoclub.com before the next month's payment is due. The concierge membership requires a non-refundable commencement fee and can be cancelled after six months. Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours, and benefits continue until the end of the last paid month. Membership dues are not prorated upon cancellation.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) for membership subscriptions. Members are placed on a recurring payment plan for the duration of their active subscription. I want to ship my car. How does the process work?
The first step is to request a quote by filling out our online form. Once you receive your quote, review it and accept it if you’d like to proceed. After acceptance, a driver assigned to your transport will contact you to schedule a pickup time. On pickup day, the driver will arrive, inspect the vehicle with you, and have you sign the bill of lading (BOL). Your vehicle will then be transported and delivered to the destination.
Do you ship vehicles to and from Florida?
Yes, we ship vehicles throughout the continental United States. At this time, we do not provide service to or from Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii.
What is enclosed transport?
Enclosed transport uses a truck and trailer setup with a fully covered trailer, either hard-sided or soft-sided, equipped with ramps. These trailers typically transport between one and eight vehicles while offering added protection from external elements.
What is open carrier transport?
Open carrier transport uses standard car hauler trailers, which come in several configurations such as wedge trailers or multi-car haulers that can carry up to 10 vehicles. Vehicles are exposed to weather and road debris, unlike enclosed transport.
What is door to door service?
Door to door service means your vehicle is picked up from your specified address and delivered directly to the destination address. Approximately 98% of our transports are completed this way. In rare cases, limitations such as narrow roads or large truck size may require a nearby meeting location.
Is my vehicle protected during transport?
Yes. All transporters are required by the FMCSA to carry cargo insurance, and we also require our drivers to maintain adequate coverage for the vehicles they transport.
I submitted a request for a transport quote. What happens next?
After submitting the online form, your request is added to our system for review. We will evaluate the details and send you an estimate. Unlike many companies, we avoid excessive calls or emails. You are welcome to contact us at any time to review your estimate or ask questions.

You can reply directly to the quote email with your questions or give us a call. We’re happy to assist you throughout the process.
I received my quote and want to proceed. What are the next steps?
Click the review and accept button included in your quote email. You’ll be guided through a few screens to review and sign the transport agreement. Once completed, we’ll be notified and begin scheduling your vehicle pickup.
How does COD payment work for transport?
COD means cash on delivery. The remaining balance on your transport agreement is paid directly to the driver at delivery.
Can I pay for the transport in advance?
Yes. When accepting your quote, you can choose to pay only the deposit or pay the full amount upfront so you don’t need to worry about payment at delivery.
Should I clean my car before transport?
Yes, we recommend cleaning your vehicle inside and out. This helps the driver accurately document the vehicle’s condition and makes inspection easier upon delivery. It also simplifies the process if a damage claim is ever needed.
Should I take photos of my vehicle before transport?
Yes. Taking photos before transport provides clear documentation of your vehicle’s condition and can be helpful if any damage occurs during transit.
Should I take photos when my vehicle is delivered?
Yes. Photos taken at delivery are especially useful if you notice any issues. They help document the condition and support communication with the driver or insurance company if necessary.
Should I inspect my vehicle at pickup?
Yes, always inspect your vehicle at pickup. Review the bill of lading carefully and point out any inaccuracies in the condition report. This documentation is important if damage occurs during transport.
Should I inspect my vehicle at delivery?
Yes. Before signing the bill of lading, inspect your vehicle thoroughly. If you notice damage, compare it to the pickup condition report and notify the driver immediately if the damage is new.
What forms of payment are accepted at delivery?
Accepted payment methods vary by driver. Cash is the most common and preferred option. Many drivers also accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal. Personal checks and credit cards are not accepted at delivery. Credit card payments must be made in advance.
I want to pay with a credit card. How can I do that?
The easiest way is to prepay when accepting your quote. If you are unable to pay cash at delivery, contact us and we can process your credit card payment and settle the balance with the driver. A service fee applies.
I received my product but no longer need it. How do I return it?
You can submit a return request through our website or email support@revautoclub.com.
I ordered a special order item. How will I know when it ships?
You’ll receive an email or SMS notification when the item ships. If you’d like an update before then, you can contact us and we’ll provide the latest estimated delivery timeframe.
We are also working to automate special order ETA notifications.
What warranty applies to the products you sell?
All products include a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise noted. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly.
I haven’t received my order. How can I check the status?

What does paying in installments with Shop Pay mean?
Shop Pay allows you to pay in full at checkout or split your purchase into installment payments. Installment options include four biweekly payments with 0% APR or monthly payments with no hidden or late fees, depending on eligibility.
Interest rates may range from 0% APR to 10–36% APR. Eligibility is determined by Shop Pay’s lending partners, and a down payment may be required.
What payment methods are accepted when using Shop Pay Installments?
For non-interest-bearing plans, both debit and credit cards are accepted. For interest-bearing plans, payment must be made using a debit card.

What happens if I return an item purchased with Shop Pay Installments?
Start by contacting the store where the purchase was made. If a return is approved, the refunded amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days and your installment balance will be adjusted accordingly.
If the refund is less than the remaining balance, your payment schedule may change. If the refund exceeds the balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method. Interest already paid is not refundable.

Yes. We are required by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide a repair estimate before any work begins.
Are repairs covered by a warranty?
